Let's talk sleep regression
is 15 months old. That means she's learning so much and becoming her own person. She's learning what she likes, how to be more independent, and how things work.
That also means her brain is working overtime too. Sometimes she needs two naps, sometimes she falls asleep early. But that also means that her sleep routine has to stay the same.
Routines give her a sense of normalcy while everything in her little world is changing. She can depend on soothing music at 7pm, a bath at 715, books and prayers at 730, then cuddles and a bottle until 8.
The hardest part is hearing her get so upset during this regression. As long as I stick with the routine, I hope it doesn't last long. What's your best advice for us?
