✨Little walk back in time this morning!
The girl in picture on the left was on a MISSION. On a mission to fit into that wedding dress and was doing ANYTHING to be the skinniest bride 👰🏼on the planet! On my way to work I would buy 2 giant Redbulls. My food intake for the day was a half of a grapefruit, 7 ritz crackers with tuna on it and luttuce with the tiniest bit of chicken on it. After drinking 2 giant Redbulls and 2 cups of coffee at work I would come home and drink another coffee and a little redbull at night. I would have zero energy because I wasn’t eating enough. I had to fit in that dress right?
Here I am 6 years later married with a two year old. I eat 5 meals a day and on more than one occasion during the week I’ll have a slice a pizza or two (imagine that 🙀). I workout every day for me, for my mind, not for my image. Sure I have what some may call “mom rolls” but I’ll take it. Why? Because my mission isn’t to fit into that dress or any other piece of clothing. My mission is to be healthy and happy. Also because if it wasn’t for those rolls I wouldn’t have my crazy little monster ☺️!
