New Monday, New Week, New Goals. 💗
💥🤨That face you make when people ask me if I take days off 🤣 uhh yea of course lol proly more than you do‼️ 🙋🏽♂️But I do it by choice not because it’s “Sunday” or it’s a “long weekend” if I got 💩 to do I have 💩 to do 🤷🏽♂️ I think that is definitely a great feeling to know that I control my day & i work cause I want to not for any other reason!! 🙌🏽😊
🤔💭 I think the majority of people have more control of their time & day then they think. And they’re just doing too much 💩 they don’t actually wanna do, which then spirals into doing things to “relieve” or “reward themselves” for doing that 💩they didn’t want to, which then makes you feel like you have zero time ❌⏰❌
🧐🔍but every time I dissect people’s day, it’s super rare they don’t actually have time, they’re just doing more dumb 💩 & wasting more ⏱ then they think... Anyway Happy Family day to my fellow Canadian peeps & Happy president’s day to My Amurican Family & Friends!! ☮️💟🙃🤙🏽 #DontLiveForTheWeekends

I’ve decided not to suffer from the symptoms of Mondayitis this year... so far so good. Love a productive first day of the week to set me up for the rest.
It's going to be a phenomenal day.
How do I know?
Because I trust and allow my thoughts and actions to create it.
I set myself up for greatness by starting my day with a meditation, journalling and affirmations.
I am conscious of the language I use as I go throughout my day.
I focus on feeling positive and happy.
If I encounter a negative situation that knocks my energy and focus I remind myself that how I choose to react can change my day.
It's up to me to create my reality. ❤
How to conquer Monday... so it’s a big week ahead with lots to get through and I used to sometimes be guilty of the old monday-itis syndrome. But we choose our thoughts and what we let in. Instead of focussing on the pressure of long lists, we can view any challenges as opportunities for growth. Find the excitement in what ‘could be’, what I ‘could achieve’ and cling to it with vigour like a kid about to dive into a pool on a hot day. Ok week, let’s go. ✨⠀
