Checking in @hybridperformancemethod. Weight is still at 125lbs but body composition has changed a lot. Macros still at 150p/200c/60f, might seem low but remember I’m 5’0 and 125lbs. The energy demands of powerlifting aren’t that high, and I gage what I need based on the changes in body weight. It’s only “too little calories” if my weight or performance drops, which hasn’t been the case.
