I knew if I ate breakfast first I wouldn’t workout til this afternoon,

DO ANYTHING YOU CAN in BATCHES .
Measuring out your shake ingredients every morning? Hello, that’s 5x every week you pull out and put away the bags...(work smarter, not harder...)
▶️pull everything out on Sunday. . ▶️Proportion out your dry ingredients and your frozen fruits and veggies. .
This is especially handy if you get fancy and add spices or anything else to your shakes. . 🍓🍐🍇🍋🍓🍇🍊🍐🍏🍋🥦🥒🥥🥝🍑 For me, I measure out the dry and store next to my blender. In my blender cups, I put my fruit and spinach and store in the freezer. .
I’m the AM, I grab the container from the freezer, add my milk and dump in the dry, and blend. Breakfast is ready in a minute. AND it’s less to put back away. .

I just used what I have and prefer using the reusable containers. I also am limited in my freezer space. So this works for me.... and that’s the golden rule of prep, you make it fit you so it makes your days easier. .

Your success, it is all about risk, challenge and willingness to do the things that make you uncomfortable! .
I took a risk after coming to a point of defeat and exhaustion! I was tired of spinning my wheels! I knew I had to do something different and I had to figure it out quick! I felt discouraged and desperate. I couldn't account for 60 plus minutes of working out anymore and just going out for a run was not happening as a mom of 2.
I had to do something, so, I ordered a home fitness program that came with a nutrition plan that told me EXACTLY what to eat to get results and be healthier. I joined a challenge group for support and help in finding a balance between health, fitness, making time for myself (without sacrificing time with my kiddos), and finding success with all the obstacles that life throws in the way! .
I was willing to listen and apply what was shared in that group to make change and allowed those changes to change my life! So glad that I did! .
I did have fear as well, I actually put off starting my program thinking "I'll just do what I do, until...insert excuse, excuse, excuse!" I ordered my program and let it sit in the box for several weeks before getting started! .
When I first started the program I gave it about 70% effort I'd say, then I joined a challenge group, relied on a serving of nutrient dense superfoods to help me be more consistent in following the clean eating meal plan and that's when things started happening! .
My body morphed into a shape that I had never seen before in the mirror, a body that I never thought possible, I thought I was just destined to be fluffy, fit...forever! These short but intense workout programs I do at home paired with enough of the RIGHT foods have proved me wrong time and time again! .
I was inspired I learned this journey doesn't have to be such a struggle and that I was able to change my body and do so in 30 minutes a day eating plenty of food! I learned I could have energy even though I had two cuties that didn't like for me to sleep at night and a mile long to-do list everyday! I was able to maintain those results for 3 years following the plans and trusting the process. 👇🏼👇🏼

What's your MORNING ROUTINE? How do you INTENTIONALLY start the day?
This has transformed the vibes in our home from eh to ONLY GOOD VIBES!!
Alarm goes off and I have a 5 SECOND COUNTDOWN rule. 5-4-3-2-1.. up with the body off the pillow. No snooze. Seriously this one has made life so much smoother for the hubs and I. ☀️
Look at my goals and pick 2-3 ACTION ITEMS that MUST HAPPEN TODAY. ☀️
At gym by 415 or 430. Listen to a motivational somethin on the drive over (check out Evan Carmichael's believe nation on YouTube). I specifically love his top 10 rules for all sorts of successful people series - Steve Jobs, Buffet's Top 10, Gary V's, Oprah's, Plitt's, Gate's, etc. Blast my fave tunes while at gym.
Get ready at gym and return home to kids DONE + LOOKING GOOD for my day. This has definitely made a huge impact. Before I would get ready after I drop off the kids but I'm so much KINDER and HAPPIER with them, when I'm already put together.
When they eat, SO DO I. ☀️
In the morning, we review and study items that were challenging still before bed, we sign papers, eat, dress, hair, and load up in car. Breakfast is usually pop quiz time for the kids.
In the car we say our prayer... I know this seems weird but everyone is seated and can't go anywhere or do anything so it's the perfect peaceful moment.
Also in the car we take turns SEEKING THE GOOD in each other and share aloud. We actively build each other up.
Drop off time. And home bound. When I arrive home, I nurse the baby and allow myself one IG post... (What I'm doing right now).
Dog, baby, and I go for a short morning walk and we return 30 min floor play then morning nap. ☀️
Finally my work day begins (at least the work that makes $$).

This is my reality. Being a work-from-home parent doesn’t necessarily mean you actually work from home. Mornings are crazy chaotic getting two kids off to two different schools. Trying to beat my personal record each morning of *how* many times I have to say (and by say, I mean scream), “Eat your breakfast” or “Get your shoes on” or “This isn’t time for playing, it’s time to get dressed” or “Wake up boys!” Mornings mean my office is mobile. Uninterrupted time is better spent under a loud speaker at the local Albertsons Grocery Store Starbucks as opposed to at home where the laundry quietly nags “I need folded” and the dishes seem to catch the light in the sink more often as if to remind me like a neon sign “We need washed”. And ya know what? I love this life!! I meet the coolest people when I take my office on the road - and thankfully, being social is part of the perks of my job so I never see it as a disturbance to chat up the person sitting at a table next to me - laundry, on the other hand, doesn’t carry on as great of conversations. ;)
I don’t know you guys. But I get more rest when my bed feels like a hotel bed so I always make sure to get the coziest high-quality bedding and I’ve been loving @pacificcoastfeather

Anyways.. week 3 on the green juice and going strong!! Ive shred my journey over on my fb and not here on insta so I wanted to share that since starting this it has helped tremendously with my POTS! I don’t have the daily struggle of dizziness and the headaches are less than the norm for my symptoms. Along with all the other great benefits I feel more alert than I did before starting it. .
I do 12-16oz every morning on an empty stomach. I add a splash of apple juice just for the taste Bc let’s be honest.. it’s not chocolate cake! 🤣 It’s definitely worth a try! And thanks to @celeryjuicebenefits

I'm trying to appreciate mornings a little bit more, but usually I'm not ready to be awake when my kids are. (especially when they keep me up all night and still get up at their regular time. 😐) So a lot of the time, I feed them breakfast, and then let them watch something like signing time while I drink my coffee and wake up a bit. Then it's usually Elias's morning nap, and then I eat breakfast and spend some one on one time with Luca doing whatever it is he wants to do.
What's your morning routine look like?

1. Drink a big glass of #waterbeforecoffee
2. Sometimes I make coffee, sometimes someone else makes it while I stay in bed☺️
3. “Alexa, play nice music”
4. I light a candle and turn on the tiny little string lights ✨and drink my coffee under all the blankets (todays is French press + canned coconut milk in the blender)
5. This morning I did some research for my upcoming Paris trip but usually I scroll through IG with no real intention or shame.
6. Eventually make my way to the gym - with a “zero rush” mentality
Most mornings I’m out the door before the sunrise to rush to the gym .. so these are like GOLD.
Oh and I should add when I’m not in #whole30
a piece of buttery toast the size of my face is usually involved😎
