The human body is amazing! ❤️🙌⤵️
Today I was waiting in my chiropractor’s office and was just struck by how amazing the human body really is. As some of you know, I’ve had chronic pain for years. My body has responded phenomenally well to healthy eating, regular exercise, and positive thinking 🥑🏋🏻♀️🧠. The difference is like night and day 🌚🌞. Sometimes the solution to life’s complex problems is actually the simple answer that’s staring you in the face. Simple, not easy. That’s why I needed support on my journey, and that’s why I LOVE providing support as a health and fitness coach 👭💞.
I’m grateful for how resilient my body is. My body has been through SO much (car accidents, office job injuries, depression/anxiety, addictions), and today it’s is stronger and more vibrant than ever 💪💃🏻.
A big part of embarking on a path of health and vitality was the willingness to loosen my grip on the limiting stories about my body — that I would always be overweight, that I‘d never be strong enough to dance again, that I’d always be in pain, blah blah blah. Basically a bunch of 💩!
My own body is proof to me that no matter where you’re starting from, you CAN get to where you want to go with enough consistency, belief, and support. So don’t settle. Keep dreaming, seek help from a community, and take that first step. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised where your path leads. 👣💫🚀

Started at 15 for curls and had to drop to 10. DON’T BE AFRAID TO DROP WEIGHT. If the weight you’re using is compromising form, DROP YOUR WEIGHT & YOUR EGO!!!
This morning's self inflicted rear end kicking done now it's time to drink more coffee, feel the burn, devour an entire farm for breakfast and get some writing done.

어제 완전 개꿀잠!! 🍯 냥이가 내 팔 베고 골골거리면서 자서 더 잠 잘잔듯??!! 🐱💕
하지만 오늘 야근각(̥ ̥এ́ ̼ এ̥̀) 그래서 아침에 공복 사이클 50분 뽀개고 집 청소 싹 하고 출근!!
운전하면서 먹으려고 다이소에서 산 보틀에 요거트, 그래놀라 담고 그린슴디 담았는데 보틀이 너무 작아 ㅋㅋ 나머지는 컵에 담아서 청소하면서 꿀떡꿀떡 마셨다! 요고 완전 쾌변각 조합이니 꼭들 드셔보셔요 ԅ(¯ω¯ԅ)
