The human body is amazing! โค๏ธ๐Ÿ™Œโคต๏ธ . Today I was waiting in my chiropractorโ€™s office and was just struck by how amazing the human body really is. As some of you know, Iโ€™ve had chronic pain for years. My body has responded phenomenally well to healthy eating, regular exercise, and positive thinking ๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿง . The difference is like night and day ๐ŸŒš๐ŸŒž. Sometimes the solution to lifeโ€™s complex problems is actually the simple answer thatโ€™s staring you in the face. Simple, not easy. Thatโ€™s why I needed support on my journey, and thatโ€™s why I LOVE providing support as a health and fitness coach ๐Ÿ‘ญ๐Ÿ’ž. . Iโ€™m grateful for how resilient my body is. My body has been through SO much (car accidents, office job injuries, depression/anxiety, addictions), and today itโ€™s is stronger and more vibrant than ever ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป. . A big part of embarking on a path of health and vitality was the willingness to loosen my grip on the limiting stories about my body โ€” that I would always be overweight, that Iโ€˜d never be strong enough to dance again, that Iโ€™d always be in pain, blah blah blah. Basically a bunch of ๐Ÿ’ฉ! . My own body is proof to me that no matter where youโ€™re starting from, you CAN get to where you want to go with enough consistency, belief, and support. So donโ€™t settle. Keep dreaming, seek help from a community, and take that first step. I think youโ€™ll be pleasantly surprised where your path leads. ๐Ÿ‘ฃ๐Ÿ’ซ๐Ÿš€ .
