I can see what you’re thinking
That I’ve got a small, weird head
Wait till my winter coat arrives!
Thy flowing locks will stop you dead
How do I get so body-strong?
It’s lifestyle baby! I’m outside. Not in bed😏
And pumping iron at the gym
Won’t enhance my cliff cred 😛
So… think you know my gender?
Could I be Felicity, could I be Fred?
Flowing locks, horns, muscles
I also sport a beard
And you think I’m the one who’s weird 🙄
How about if I said I’m not actually a goat?
That this mountain goat right here
Is kinda more of an antelope
That’s dope Signed, Ms Felicity the mountain goat, happily confusing people all over the world
Picture this – you’re hiking in the Montana Rockies with the summit in sight. You see a herd of mountain goats coming down along the path. They aren’t running, but seem determined. They look as though they are coming to see you, as though they are curious about you (although truth be told, mountain goats look curious about blades of grass). You stop, move off the path and wait quietly to see what they will do. Turns out they ARE as curious as they look (haha). They come close and then meandered around, always watching you. How awesome! This happened to us. A maternal herd, there were about 5 nannies and 4 kids, possibly more. They were soooooo gorgeous! Wayne almost lost Sal’s heart to these curious creatures in that moment. It’s a one-way crush though; the mountain goats eventually lost interest in us (oh Sal😞) and moved off to, well, to go look curious somewhere else.
