I have a confession to make. The Salted Carmel was amazing. I only ate half. The 1.5 red velvet was eaten by baby girl. I ate of the other. Baby girl ate the chocolate chip cookie one too. Suga is my weakness. #90days #motherofthebridetobe
I honestly did not think I could stick to this program. 80 Days!?!? Hour long workouts?!?! Timed nutrition?!?! Nope. Can't do it.
Now that we are 50 workouts in, I am more determined than ever to stick it out!
This has been a total game-changer for Marty and me. His nutrition has never been so spot on! My dedication to doing every single move of every single workout has never been better!
