Good day world 💕 Still no appetite so this is just a temporary post until I’m back to my normal self. Muesli + almond milk topped with blueberries, coconut, banana, granola, almonds, peanut butter, and slim Oreos. I hope this meal encourages you to make (mostly ☺️) healthy choices today or helps you plan for your next breakfast/snack. Just knowing I’m motivating someone out there keeps me going. To make homemade muesli, I just combine equal parts rolled oats, pumpkin + sunflower seeds, and dried goji berries. It’s wonderfully customizable. You can add other grains or use nuts instead of seeds or both and whatever dried fruit you prefer. Mix it up and store it in an air-tight container; take about 1/2 cup per serving.
