165/363 for top set of 6 on squats supposed to be @ 6 but it felt like I could have taken it for 11-12
195/429 for top set of 5 on deads @ 6. Happy these felt good because the backoff sets felt like trash 😅

Current physique. Trained upper chest and a bit of shoulders, usually a rest day for me but I’m too hyped up 😂 I’m not slowing down for anyone or anything.

1. Dumbbell press 49kg 6 reps
2. Dumbbell press 55kg failed
3. Incline dumbbell press 47kg 6 reps
4. Tricep rope extensions
5. Hammer strength tri dips 110kg 10 reps
The plan on off season is get stronger and put on quality muscle. This is a patience game, but I've got new approaches and new methods and I'm enjoying the process. I may fail, but it paves the way for my sucesses.
