Current physique update for you guys! Feeling super good with my training regiment and energy levels. I’m up about 10 pounds from 2 weeks ago, so definitely getting fuller while doing my best to keep it lean. My goal for the next few months is to pack on another 20 pounds or so then do a sick cut to bring the graininess and vascularity up a lot. How many times have you spent your life sucking in, squeezing in, and manipulating your body to hide it’s natural occurrences? Have you ever wondered why tummy rolls are such a big deal to people?🤔 It’s because in this day and age, society decided that thin is beautiful (which btw isn’t the case amongst different cultures and in different time periods) in order to profit off our insecurities using a game we can’t win. Thin is beautiful BUT SO IS EVERY OTHER SHAPE AND SIZE!!! Your body doesn't have to be flat to be a bikini body!!! Every variation of every BODY is already perfect❤️ Look at the ocean or any other force of nature: there are curves, shapes, bumps, colors, and rolls but we don’t say, "Wow, Mother Nature, you damn ugly for not being thin" 😂 You are Strength. I used to think not having enough time was the perfect excuse to eat out. But then I realized you can make time for the things you really want. I prep my meals weakly, I make the time. Even if it means I’m cooking at 10pm. So if I’m out and I have to fit in a meal you bet I will. If something means that much to you, you’ll make the effort.💪🏻
Сегодня у меня единственный выходной, когда нет тренировок с девочками и я решила посвятить его себе😁 в 7:20 пришла на стадион, поставила цель-50 подъёмов в темпе по лестнице(46 ступеней широких, посчитала пока бегала😂), перед разминка была. На разе 30 ноги тряслись, правда, я просто стою, а по ногам мелкая дрожь🙈 на 45 разу подкрадывалась мысля, да ладно, никто ж не узнает, что не доделала, топай домой. Но нет, сказала 50,сделала 50. Ибо, нечего тогда вообще цели ставить. Спортсмен сказал-спортсмен сделал💪🏻 Кстати, только на подъем у меня ушёл 1ч 20 мин. С тем учетом, что я мало отдыхала. На полноценные подтягивания и отжимания сил реально не осталось, но чуточку поделала. Vascularização A vascularização é um assunto pelo qual recebi alguns questionamento e gostaria de levantar o tema abordando alguns fatores 1) Diminua percentual de gordura : o fator principal sem dúvidas um baixo percentual de gordura vai torna ainda mais evidente a vascularização e para que essas veias apareça uma dieta com alimentos saudáveis e defict calórico vai contribuir para um menor percentual de gordura. 2) a influência do treino : o treinamento está  diretamente relacionado  na vascularização, de modo que o tempo de treino de uma pessoa e de que forma a pessoa treina fazem totalmente a diferença. Sabe-se que o treinamento com peso, no nosso caso a musculação, com o tempo aumenta o calibre das veias, por ser necessário ao corpo otimizar o retorno do sangue. 3).Temperatura: temos que pensar também na temperatura, pois uma das funções do sangue é regular a temperatura corporal. Em uma situação de esforço (treino), o sangue é bombardeado de forma mais forte, gerando um aumento na temperatura corporal, o que faz com que o sangue vá para as veias periféricas para refrigerar e manter a temperatura ideal do corpo. Cabe lembrar que os suplementos pré treino geralmente contem cafeína, taurina e outras substâncias que aceleram o organismo e aumentam o calor corporal, provocando uma vasodilatação.
