🔥 4 Workout Methods To Be A Beast! - (By @dancudes ) - The whole 3 sets of 10 thing gets pretty old after a while, so here are other methods to get you jacked, ripped, swole, yolked, pumped, amped,..... Um ya - 💡The 5x5 method is a perfect workout for strength and mass gains! It brings us back to the fundamentals and allows us to push hard and train the compound lifts! 💡Ascending pyramids are great! My personal favorite. Here, as the weight goes up the reps go down! It allows you to get a good warm up in while you build to your heaviest set! Your starting weight will go up as you progress! 💡 Descending pyramids are the exact opposite of ascending! As the weight goes down the reps go up! You do your heaviest set when you are the freshest and kill it first before moving to lighter loads! 💡 Lastly, a great method is supersets! While there are different ways to go about supersets, whether you pair two exercises working the same or different body parts, I personally like different body parts (I.e. A push and a pull) because it enables you to work hard and bust ass without over fatiguing one muscle group. Most people aren’t drinking as much water as they should be. . Water regulates our body temperature, aids in digestion, and helps flush out waste from our body. . We should be consuming 8 cups of water throughout the day. An easy way to remember this is to just remember ‘8x8’ - 8 cups of 8oz of water, or 64oz (a half gallon). . That may sound like a lot, but it’s only going to sound like a lot until you make drinking more water a habit. . When I was trying to make this a habit, I made a point to have a big (16oz) glass of water once I got ready in the morning. The triceps attach down at the olecranon process (elbow) and by rotating your hand (supinating or pronating) doesn’t target any specific muscle differently.⠀ ⠀⠀ 📍The reason for using one over the other is more so based on what you’re looking to get out of it.⠀ ⠀⠀ 📍Overhand (Pronated Grip)⠀ ➖This is the grip that people generally use. With the pronated grip, you are able to lift more weight because the bar is not in a position where it can slip out. You’re on top of it so there’s not much limiting you.⠀ ⠀⠀ ➖Although you can increase the weights, it’s a lot easier to compensate in this position.⠀ ⠀⠀ ➖Common compensations that occur are…⠀ Shrugging the shoulders⠀ Flaring of the elbows⠀ Wrist in an extended position (should remain neutral)⠀ ⠀⠀ 📍Underhand (Supinated Grip)⠀ ➖This will ultimately help straighten out your form if you compensate with the pronated grip. Flaring your elbows won’t be an issue since you would most likely become weaker in by flaring so your body will not go that route.⠀ ⠀⠀ ➖With the supinated grip, you are limited to how much weight you can lift because if you go to heavy the bar will simply slip out of your hands. For me, the effects of pred is increased appetite, countered by an increase in metabolism....so kind of a weird combination. Foto fatta a distanza di 2 anni Luglio 2016 - Luglio 2018 Oggi stavo sfogliando la galleria sul telefono ed ho ritrovato queste foto Qui si vede molto bene il mio cambiamento in questi 2 anni Per asciugarsi, soprattutto quando non si usano steroidi ecc, ci vuole molto tempo e non bisogna avere fretta! Io non ho avuto un preparatore in quel periodo (e non ce l'ho tutt'ora), quindi per trovare "la mia strada" ci ho messo un po'! Ma meglio cosi: tutta esperienza! Allora, non ho impiegato 2 anni per asciugarmi cosi, ma comunque quasi 1 anno si. Prima del 2016 ero anche un po' più sporco e devo ammettere che prima di iniziare a seguire una alimentazione bassa di carbo c'è voluto tempo, perché all'inizio mi facevo mille paranoie, bastava togliere 1g di riso che gia mi sembrava di stare perdendo muscolo. Ma poi con il tempo mi sono reso conto che erano soltanto paranoie... Inoltre ci ho messo tanto tempo anche per trovare la quantità di macro adatta per me. Sto facendo questo post per dirvi che potete fare benissimo da natural! Non date retta a chi vi dice il contrario, perchè probabilmente non crede in voi, ne tanto meno in se stesso.
