One tip to help prevent the above is get the day started off on the right foot!!🕺🏼 Get out of bed 15 minutes earlier than normal, and make yourself a decent breakfast. This really sets you up for success for the day and you’re much more likely to hit your goals that day!😁
A few befits of getting in a god breakfast are listed below
- Having a breakfast decreases appetite and will lead to less snacking, also those who skip breakfast tend to overeat in the evening’s, don’t fall into the trap!
- Will give you a lift in energy in the morning and will be more sustained throughout the day
- Helps control blood sugar levels throughout the day, reducing cravings
- It also gets a positive mindset going, if you know you’ve started the day well, you’re more likely to continue it!
As far as what to have for breakfast, there are plenty options out there. Find something you enjoy, but I would really suggest one that has a reasonable amount of protein, at least 20 grams, no matter what your goal is, this will more than likely be beneficial🙌🏻💪🏻
