Quando trascorri la domenica pomeriggio a casa da sola davanti ad un film e ti mangi qualsiasi cosa🍔🍕🥐 compreso il frigorifero😫😢😭 e per penitenza ti spari 100 addominali😤 . É capitato anche a te? Il cosiddetto «mangiare emotivamente», ovvero la tendenza a rimpinzarci di cibi poco sani e assai calorici quando si è di cattivo umore o stanchi, magari proprio dopo una settimana di lavoro. La buona notizia è che questi non sono strappi alla regola pericolosi, BASTA che non diventano un'abitudine. Quando siamo tristi e ci viene voglia di aprire il frigorifero, dovremmo cercare di portare l’attenzione su qualcosa che migliori l’umore in maniera più innocua, dal parlare con un'amica/o, all’ascoltare un po’ di musica ma anche provare a pensare di più al futuro senza concentrarci su quello che ci rovina la giornata. Il mio consiglio? 🏋🏻‍♂️Cosa sei disposto a fare per raggiungere i tuoi obiettivi? La maggior parte dei miei clienti si rivolge a me per ottenere un certo risultato X entro un determinato arco temporale Y. Ed è allora che inizia la mia “battaglia” per cercare di far passare due messaggi a mio avviso fondamentali: 1. La mentalità giusta non è quella del raggiungere l’obiettivo X, bensì quella di voler modificare ab imis il proprio stile di vita. Riscrivere la propria quotidianità all’insegna della salute, del mangiar bene, del regolare svolgimento di attività fisica, insomma, dell’EQUILIBRIO. La “base” da cui partire non è quella del “faccio sacrifici per un periodo e, una volta raggiunto l’obiettivo, stop”, ma l’adottare uno stile di vita sano e sostenibile nel tempo. 2. Per raggiungere i propri obiettivi occorre darsi delle regole e fare le cose in modo preciso. Ciò non significa divenire maniacali, ma semplicemente consapevoli che più si è attenti e diligenti più velocemente si otterranno i risultati auspicati. Non è sufficiente affidarsi a un Personal Trainer per migliorare, ma occorre che il cliente ci metta il proprio impegno. The fact that I can do pull-ups now (albeit band-assisted ones!) really blows my mind! This is something I wrote off as one of those things I’d never be able to do. My upper body has always been my weak spot, and I always figured I’d never be able to attain the kind of strength needed to do this. But here I am, doing it! One of the reasons I made this Instagram is because I sometimes feel like I’m being uncool by being proud of these simple accomplishments, but the community here is so supportive and encouraging. ❤️ It should always be ok to be proud of your progress, big or small. 💪 What have you accomplished lately—whether it be fitness or diet or general wellness or something else entirely—that you are proud of? I want to hear about it so I can cheer you on!

Diättag 9 ⚠️ ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Heute muss ausnahmsweise mal ein Spiegelselfie herhalten, aber ich hoffe, dass ich in den Weihnachtsferien wieder besseren Content bringen kann. Allerdings steht Insta auf meiner Prioritätenliste zur Zeit nicht sehr weit oben 😅 Viel wichtiger ist zur Zeit die Uni und den Sport selbst unter einen Hut zu bekommen. The gym is my happy place 😁😁but I know not everyone feels the same enthusiasm about going to the gym! 🏃🏽‍♀️ ________ We are almost at that time of year when a lot of people start to put their New Years resolutions of getting fit and losing weight in place. It is renowned that most of these resolutions have been chucked out the window come end of Feb and the old habits have creeped back in once again. ❌❌🤦🏽‍♀️ _________ So how can you turn a temporary resolution into a more permanent achievable goal and get the results you are after? 🤷🏽‍♀️..Here are a few examples. .... ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 🏋🏽‍♀️ Don’t just workout...work out your why Our reasons for beginning to exercise are fundamental to whether we will keep it up. There is some evidence, that younger people will go to the gym more if their reasons are appearance-based, but past mid 20s that doesn’t fuel motivation as much. Nor do vague or future goals like “I want to get fit or “ I want to lose weight” Focus on immediate positive feelings such as stress reduction, increased energy and making friends. The only way we are going to prioritise time to exercise is if it is going to deliver some kind of benefit that is truly compelling and valuable to our daily life. 👭🧘🏽‍♀️ ➖➖➖ 🏋🏽‍♀️Get off to a slow start.. you’re in this for the long game The danger of the typical New Year resolutions approach to fitness, is that people jump in and do everything ,change their diet, start exercising, stop drinking and smoking and within a couple of weeks they have lost motivation or are too tired. Understand that if you were not in shape it will take TIME. Start slowly by starting the gym twice a week, walking to more places or cutting down the 2 slices of toast you have for breakfast to 1. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 🏋🏽‍♀️ Be kind to yourself Understand that there will be days when you will ‘slip up’ and miss a gym session or eat a whole cake but don’t beat yourself up. Diättag 9 ⚠️ Alles nur Gewohnheit! ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Hier auf Social Media bekommt man ja immer nur kleine Bruchteile des Tages mit. Meistens werden auch immer nur positive Aspekte gezeigt. Themen wie Hunger beim Abnehmen werden oft unter den Tisch fallen gelassen. Natürlich können jetzt andere sagen, dass wenn man ein kleines Defizit hat, keinen hunger haben muss usw. Allerdings finde ich solche langen Diäten mit geringen Defizit nicht immer sinnvoll. Man verliert einfach sehr viel Zeit, in der man keine Fortschritte macht. Man hält meistens einfach nur seine Muskelmasse. Das soll aber nicht das Thema sein. Das Thema ist Gewohnheit. Und man kann sich an fast alles gewöhnen. Die jenigen, die einen Minicut gemacht haben dürften es kennen, dass die ersten Tage immer die schlimmsten sind. Danach gewöhnt man sich einfach an das Gefühl. Allerdings darf man auch die positiven Aspekte nicht aus den Augen verlieren! Diättag 7 ⚠️ ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Was mir die letzten Tage aufgefallen ist, ist dass man manchmal vergisst dankbar zu sein für das, was einem gegeben ist. Es fängt ja schon beim Essen an. Man sieht es als selbstverständlich an, dass man zum Kühlschrank geht und dieser prall gefüllt ist. Man wirft Essen weg, weil es "nicht schmeckt". Man guckt immer nach links und rechts und hätte gerne, was andere haben. Das führt aber einfach zu einer andauernden Unzufriedenheit. Diese Prozesse passieren allerdings oft unterbewusst und fallen nur auf, wenn man offen und ehrlich sich selbst reflektiert. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Damit euch einen schönen 2.
