One thing you shouldn’t lose is your life when trying to get healthier, more fit, leaner - whatever word you want to use.
The thing is - making YOURSELF a priority is going to be the only way you take over your body.
Take my girl, Kristina, for instance.
She is a veryyyy active member of her community, has a family, and is as social as yours truly (hence why we’re so good together LOL).
She also knew that enough was enough and the only way she could make the changes in HER life is if she took control of HER life.
The only way you function at your best is when you take care of yourself as best as you can.
Don’t get it twisted, this is over a years worth of work.
She has a ton of events going on in the community that she can’t *always* track but she does keep herself accountable by planning accordingly so she can see her results over time.
This is something important - setting realistic expectations.
Understanding where you are in life, environmental settings, and more importantly, the choices you make and accept, is what will make the journey easier because you don’t put unrealistic thoughts in your brain.
To be down ~30lbs in a year, while not having to give up a social and personal life is how we keep it sustainable.
If you have kids and/or a working professional and/or active and social, understand you still have an obligation to take care of yourself.
It won’t happen fast or quick or “perfect” but this is your road to travel - no one elses.
If you don’t start now, it won’t get easier later.
The intimacy and closeness of my program is something my clients can attest to.
I have 2 spots remaining before I stop taking on clients for a couple months (as it stands).
There is a closeness and community here that is not only supportive but a safe place for you to begin your journey.

Eu por exemplo hoje tinha todos os motivos para nem querer sair de casa (e apesar dessa foto ter sido tirada ontem) eu ja treinei e dei o meu melhor, mesmo sem estar com a mínima vontade e achando que nao ia ter forças. Mas tire la de dentro de vc, dos seus pensamentos sua melhor força. Sua MENTE é quem manda!

So much of my coaching philosophy comes from the fact that I don't ask the athletes and client I work with to do anything I haven't done or wouldn't currently do.
A believe system in what works and a system that is always being improved (not was is trendy at the time or just "looks cool") is what makes the difference. -
Sometimes the "non-sexy" training techniques are difficult for people to believe in because they aren't always flashy and exciting.
Then again, how sexy is the foundation of your house? It's not. But it is an amazing thing that always for continual growth.
✔allows you to be supported and live well
✔allows you to stay safe ✔is the root of everything you do ✔improves other areas of your life
1. Find a coach you trust, with a belief system that keeps you safe and progressing.
2. Trust that coach with everything you've got while continuing to advocate for yourself (progress is always a team effort)
3. Do your part. Show up. Work hard. Eat well.
You don’t destroy every workout. You don’t PR every single time. Not every goal is achieved fast. If you are pushing yourself,
you will fail.
Sir Winston Churchill said this about success;
“Success is going from failure to failure without any loss of enthusiasm”
