Strawberries 🍓 , tomatoes 🍅 , and filet mignon-gobbled up the filet mignon, savored the strawberries, took a few bites of tomato and the rest are on the floor 😝And goes to the fridge with a regular cup for the water dispenser-ahhhh they grow up so fast. K so let’s be real here, Hyrum and I are doing 80 day obsession right... well the food is very much enjoyable for the entire freakin family cause guess what?! It’s real food no diet here!
Yes sometimes my kids eat different from Hyrum and I but it’s usually cause they don’t wanna wait for dinner to be done or whatever. So last week with my clicklist i got this rice and honestly I was thinking this prob going to taste like 💩 Like come on brown rice and quinoa sounds not yummy. Right?!
Well last night we had some chicken bbq on he grill, grilled pineapple and this rice. I was holding my breath cause I just thought it wasn’t going to be awesome!
WRONGO!!! It was amazing and I gave some to the kids and they freaking inhaled it and begged for more so I had to make another bag and tonight they requested it for dinner again!
You guys changing the way your eating doesn’t have to suck you don’t have to make 2 meals I promise!!! I’m holding a group that will be sharing tips, tricks and yummy meals that the whole family will love and you wouldn’t even know it was healthy food!

I ask these questions only because I hear it so often. "O my child won't eat that!" Or "My child doesn't like blank food." My children are little and haven't figured out "no" yet so just preparing myself!

I DO NOT!!! In the Car on the way home from the gym the girls tried to "whine me" into going to chipotle instead of coming home and eating. But I have no yellows left (in 21 day fix that's a carb). This morning I knew it was going to rain mid morning so we packed up in the pram for cardio and the twins got their torches and we left in the dark. It was so great to be out as the day started.
Once we got back, I fed the kids and then set up to make rice paper rolls. I had a crumbed chicken breast in the fridge, so I added carrot, zucchini, cucumber, mushroom, chicken, coriander, mint and lettuce. This will be our lunch today, fresh ingredients and the rice paper rolls contain tapioca, water, rice flour and salt.
