• The Generation Gap•
She is my Grandmom. she is around 75 years old now. She has been in Madurai (Tamil Nadu) all her life. My grandmom and I have had a great relationship since my childhood days. But with all this love and affection towards each other, The Generation Gap also comes along.
She doesn’t like me wearing short clothes, Going out or traveling so much, being so vocal about my thoughts and feelings. Her expectations from a girl is totally different from who I am as a girl. And, we cannot say it is her fault because she is from a time when girls were supposed to behave in a certain way. She doesn’t understand what I am trying to do in life, why do I take out my camera to capture nature and people every time I am traveling. She doesn’t understand what is social media, how does it work and what is the struggle behind it.
But, the most adorable thing about her is, she supports me even if I am doing something she does not understand or like. She encourages me and pushes me ahead to achieve whatever I want.
Our thinking, preferences, ideologies don’t match, but the bond we share is something beyond those things. She has no idea what I want to become in life, but she is hoping and praying that I get all the happiness I deserve and achieve everything I have dreamt of, and that means the world to me✨
That's all about her, Got to go because grandma is calling me for Ram Jaap🙏🏻 😉
