Woohoo!! Today I got to work from home. Spur of the moment, I made this snack for the three of us. I was really craving for bacon. But how can I consider bacon healthy when I'm on a 30 day fitness challenge? This is what I did to make bacon as healthy as it can be... in my world 😁
Thick Cut Bacon - Boiled in water for 15min then drain. Cook the bacon with a pan at low heat. Allow the bacon to crisp. At this point all the salt and fat has been drained out. Place cooked bacon on paper towels to rest for about 10 minutes. Then remove fatty parts of the bacon, crumble and serve on top of the salad.
