🏃♀️Types of cardio, we have HIIT (high intensity interval training) and LISS (low intensity steady state cardio. As the name implies, HIIT is a form of exercise in which you alternate periods of intense periods of exercise with short rest periods. Keep alternating until you are unable to continue. HIIT exercise requires to put maximum effort into your workout for a few seconds then resting for a shorter period of timers work for 30secs, rest for 10. It’s mostly loved for its ability to burn fat hours after your workout ends while LISS is steady state which most of us are used to. Walking, jogging, using the threadmill etc. they only burn calories for as long as you are performing them

Recently, I have see increase in Instagram 'FORM POLICE'. They are not a problem for me, from the beginning I put myself out here (uploading my videos) with full knowledge someone will scrutinize it and i'm wise to pick something from genuine comments. .
But too direct and not constructive comments from 'FORM POLICE' does no good. There are people that will love to post their workout video but don't do it. As, it doesn't feel good to read discouraging comment even when is obvious you're making good attempt. Some have stopped posting cos of the same reason. I saw a post, from a fitness enthusiast the other day, the form was👌but as she's want to avoid FORM POLICE dropping not encouraging comments, she added 'Don't mind the form' in her caption which wasn't necessary at all. It was good exercise, good form for her level. .
Funny though, some 'FORM POLICE' hardly put their workout video cos they don't want their own wrong form to be picked on. .
Since, I started this journey, several people have picked and correct my forms, give advice and suggestions and I value their inputs HOWEVER one person stand out, the way she offered her correction makes me respect her more especially in this fitness industry. She went as far as doing and sharing her own correction video. It was last two years. She won my respect since them.
If you're one of those picking on every workout video, give little (no) emotional attention to the person you're directing the comment, don't reach out privately and hardly post your own workout so we pick something from you. Know that you're not helping that person as you might think. Most often, your too direct comment is discouraging and demotivating rather than educate and motivate.
NOTE: Form is still everything, but can only be mastered with practice. Make those mistakes, understand why, and keep working to improve.

If you ever feel bad about someone's size, find ways to tell them and also offer solutions for them. Don't mock them, don't insult them, don't push them aside. -
Many times, we judge people based on their size and we don't get to see the amazing being inside of them. -
Be kind to those around you. Those hurtful words could be all the person needs to hear to commit suicide. -
