March 20th marks the Spring Equinox and the changing of our seasons from Winter to Spring. Days will become longer, the weather will grow warmer, while the plants and flowers will start to bloom! As the flowers begin their life cycle and start to blossom around us, we will bloom along with them during the life of this challenge, growing mentally and physically!
Each day you will have a choice between beginner/advanced pose, paired with an intention for this new season!
