What's your go-to pizza order? Start with garlic knots? What toppings go on your pie?
I don't consider round pies a specialty of mine because in my opinion, they really need to be baked at 700 degrees or higher. I bake my grandma pizza at 550 degrees, which is the same temperature that @umbertospizza
(The inventor of the grandma pizza) bakes theirs at, and is the max temperature most home ovens go. My sicilian I bake at 500 as I use a very high level of hydration. And my Chicago pies I bake at a traditional 425 degrees. I plan to focus more on round pies once I have a pizza oven.
It's not worth doing unless it's done right.
