This was a 7 week recovery prep,and against all of doctors orders. The doctors told me not to lift anything over 5 lbs, because if I did my stitches would bust open. Everybody was telling me I needed to rest, haters were thinking I’d never bounce back,but there I was in the gym day in day out doing the work that needed to be done.
This was done with stitches on my nutsack and a high risk of busting them open and litterly having my balls come out my sack. If I could find a reason to keep pushing forward through those days you can find a reason to get your ass in the gym as well. Grow a fucking pair. -
No photo shop, no edits, no filters, pure hard work. The next time I step on stage, I’ll be undeniable.

💥SLEEP FOR MUSCLE GAIN💥

One of the main factors overlooked is your sleep. When you aren't getting enough sleep your not recovering from your workouts. Which means decreased performance, muscle growth, and fat loss.
Here are a few tips you can use to maximize your sleep gains to build more muscle, and shred body fat!
FOLLOW A SLEEP RITUAL
People get better sleep when they have developed a sleep ritual. This means going to bed and waking up at relativity the same time everyday. So instead of staying up late all week and then sleeping in on the weekends, keep it consistent day to day. Go to bed early!! Those extra hours your morning self will thank you for. Aim for 7-9 hours each night to maximize recovery and gains! -
READ BEFORE BED
Turn off your television and devices 30 minutes to an hour before bed. Blue light will keep you awake and make it difficult to calm you mind down before sleep at night. Read some fiction before sleep, it will relax your brain and allow you to get into a story before bed. Not only that, but it physically makes your eyes tired from reading, making it easier to fall asleep! -
NO CAFFEINE AFTER 4PM
If your caffeine sensitive like me, you may even need to make this cutoff time earlier in the day. Caffeine will keep you up late at night and make it difficult to fall asleep. Cut the caffeine off before nighttime so your body has plenty of time to relax and wind down after the day.
If you have an irregular sleep schedule, or simply looking for a deeper/more restful sleep mealtonin may be helpful to you! Melatonin is a compound that is already released by the body that lets you start to feel sleep as it gets later in the day. So by supplementing with melatonin (3-5g before bedtime) you can have your body get sleepy and ready for bed easily. Don't take my word for it, do some research and try it out for yourself! -

chest/tri/delt day. throwing in some tricep rope pushdown for some tricep isolation.
remember to keep your arms tight by your side, chest up, back straight, then lock the arms out and hold. focus on only moving the forearms for maximal isolation.

Without making it complicated, with simple steps below - we can learn to perform it right!
Most of you only commented about the back rounding- but do you know what does that happen? And most importantly - why is that only gym going people face this issue and not athletes ? I'm sharing this post for all gym goers to understand that lifting heavy only counts when your form and technique is right. In this pic - you will notice that my back is not rounding.. lats are activated, where as in the video, in the start itself I had attend the curve. Let's look the the details now about what can be of help in simple words - ✔set up : bar loaded, stood at the centre of the bar - this was the only correct move I did. Post which every thing was wrong. ❎ stance: hips too high, back curved, scapula not retracted, lats not activated, knees crossing the bar, slack was not removed ❎ body swinging, jerk while pulling up.
We need to avoid these errors. The only way to avoid them is doing maximum #mobility
drill for overall body. Look out for videos by power lifters. Why is their back never curved ?? How come when doing, #RDL #Conventional
- they keep the back intact as shown in the picture.
Stronger the quads - better the lift! Very easy - breath out, breath in & hold the breath until the movement is completed. .

I am huge believer in angles, the more the better!!
Different angles can emphasize a muscle group differently and allow it to grow faster and also help be more symmetrical. ---
Most gym goers know basic knowledge about how to hit a muscle group but this is why it's important to become a student and learn how your body actually works.
The more knowledge you gain, the more routines you can try which equates to more success in your physique. ---
The theory of growth only happens with heavy weight is BS, growth can happen in many different ways.
In this video I am focusing on a different angle for vgrip cable rows. Instead of seated I am focusing on bringing the weight from below my knees to my mid section by keeping my elbows tight to my hips.
Muscles hit are the trapezius muscles,
latissimus dorsi, the erector spinae, rear deltoids, biceps, biceps brachialis, and forearm flexors.
Basically all aspects of your back while also throwing in those secondary muscles (biceps/forearm).
There are always multiple ways to try exercises, don't get stuck with the same old routine.

To win both Classic Physique and Physique divisions for my 1st competition is still mind boggling to me, especially now getting pro status in both.
I had such an awesome time!! I have so much more to say and post (plenty of more pictures and videos to come!! lol).
It truly was an honor going up against these guys, all friendly and humble and they gave me a run for my money. Prep for this show was simple, but it was not easy. And this is still at least 3 years in the making!! Don’t think I got this way overnight. BUT you can achieve the body you want and I hope this inspires anyone to go after it.
