Petit bilan à 2 mois du début de la prépa ✨ Je vois déjà d’énormes évolutions 🙏🏼 tout d’abord physique avec un bas du corps qui commence a se réequilibrer petit a petit, on commence a rattraper le retard ischios/fessiers. Les épaules qui sortent de nul part 😱😍🥥 et un dos qui commence a se dessiner. Le ventre est moins tracé, je dis au revoir petit a petit au six pack 🍫 bien que le poids varie peu (seulement +300g en 2 mois, comme quoi le poids ne veut vraiment rien dire 🙏🏼) Et l’évolution mental n’en parlons pas, je suis capable d’encaisser des trainings que je n’aurais jamais assumé avant de commencer cette prépa. #coach #trainingtips Evening guys, real blast from the past here! Must have been all of 25 years ago this photo and I pretty much look exactly the same now minus the bowl cut. Same story with my brother @willpat92. This is the time of the year to think about lost loved ones and give thanks. We lost our mother 6 years ago now and I'm sure my brother's the same as me and spares a thought for her daily. However I personally never truly give the proper time to think about her properly and I think those who have lost a parent can relate. It isn't being cold or heartless, more the opposite it's upsetting and can lead to a whole host of negatives, depression or worse. She raised us alone as a single parent from the time pictured, we struggled at times but I think we both turned out alright. She left us a property in her will which we are forever grateful for, it will provide us both with a great head start once sold. I'll definitely be having a drink for my mam this Christmas. Why is goal setting so important in the gym? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m sure we’ve all been their when we’ve been killing workouts, eating the right amount of food, motivated as hell then all of a sudden we either plateau or lose motivation. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sure theirs loads of factors that could be to blame. But more than likely it can be because you’ve not set a specific goal that you want to achieve. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Setting goals is really good for keeping you on track and adding in adherence on those bad days, those days when you don’t want to go to the gym and those days you just can’t be bothered. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In the new year set yourself 3 goals in the gym. A short, medium and long term goal. Sometimes the long term goal can seem so far away that you lose motivation along the way. Setting 2 more achievable goals will keep you motivated and make you feel like your already achieving. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If your not setting goals then how do you know if your progressing? 💥SNACKS FOR FAT LOSS💥 What are the best snacks to eat while trying to drop fat? - The answer is actually pretty simple.
