Muiden opettaminen on kyllä huikeen palkitsevaa hommaa 😊👌 Siinä myös huomaa yhden asian, mitä on monen kohdalla onnistumisen este.. se on epäonnistuminen tai häviäminen jossakin, mikä siinä on niin pahaa että sitä pitää pelätä? Huomaa ihan pikkujutuissa urheilusuorituksista asti että ei kokeilla jotakin kun ei haluta epäonnistua, sama asenne kantautuu usein muuhunkin tekemiseen.. vaikka lopputuloksella ei olis mitään merkitystä mihinkään.. sitten jos epäonnistutaan niin halutaan kiertää asia jotain helpompaa reittiä.. itse olen sitä mieltä että rohkeutta ja itsevarmuutta koko elämään on tuonut lapsuuden urheilut, miksi? Koska opin häviämään, monen monta kertaa saanut pettyä omaan suoritukseen.. niiden kautta on oppinut myös siihen että mitä sitten, ei sillä ole mitään väliä, pitää tehdä enemmän töitä, harjoitella lisää, kehittyä ja niitä voittojakin rapisee kyllä loppujen lopuksi.. vihaan hävitä, tein mitä vaan, mutta kun se tapahtuu, niin se ruokkii mun tekemistä vaan lisää, koska olen oppinut että se työ palkitaan vielä.. epäonnistumiset on älyttömän tärkeitä, niistä oppii ja ne tuo onnistumisille sen oikean arvon 😊💪💪 oma veikkaus on että ei haluta näyttää muille epäonnistumista.. no sanotaan nyt näin että jos vaikka painoa haluat pudottaa, epäonnistut ja siitä joku alkaa sinua arvostamaan eri tavalla, niin sillä arvostelijalla on kyllä ongelmia itsensä kanssa, ei sinun suorituksen kanssa... älkää olko niitä jotka pelaa varman päälle, eli mitään ei yritetä tai tavoitella ettei vaan epäonnistuta, koska sillon ei kyllä saavutakkaan sitä mitä haluaa.. onko tuttuja fiiliksiä sun kohdalla?? #valmentaja #urheilu #bullsallout #processbao #naturalbodybuilding #gymtraining #coach

Almost 12 months between photos of offseason arm gains 💪🏼 I’ve never been one to seek short term gratification. I’m in it for the long term results. I’m not scared of the hard work required to build muscle naturally and drug free! This is my 4th offseason between competitions and each time I learn more about my body and what it best responds to. I’m never one to copy what the most popular fitness model is doing! Basic exercises form the fountain of my training and I work on perfecting my form and progressively overloading. A little progress update. It's been awhile since I've done a comparison progress. Since the beginning of the year I pretty much took time off from the gym, and what I mean by that is, taking time away from the weights. From January till the end of premobilization (left pic - July) I did not lift heavy at all. As you can see, the 3 months of being in the field took its toll. The equation (3 months in the field + endless supply of MREs - heavy weight training = added body fat and less lean muscle mass). The pictures are only a 4lb difference where you can see I have added a few lbs of lean mass back on and shed a lot of fat mass. Consciously eating more optimal foods at the same time slaving in the gym. I haven't tracked a macro since Novemberish, but I still eat strawberry cheesecake topped with cheesecake ice cream and the occasional double cheeseburger.
