Cuando empiezas a estirar, primero alcanzas una zona donde no hay casi adaptaciones, es decir donde casi no estás haciendo nada al cuerpo. . Después, tenemos una zona que es el punto óptimo que es donde sientes un poquito de dolor, pero, pero no una molestia, sino que una leve molestia que vendría siendo la zona de "plasticidad", es donde hay más adaptaciones y mejora de la foexibilidad. . Si seguimos forzando a más dolor hasta extremos, tenemos una zona de alerta donde hay pocas adaptaciones o ninguna, hasta incluso hallar un punto de ruptura donde, si forzamos mucho mucho haciendo el “cafre” podemos llegar a romper la articulación! . Te dejo tres consejos☝🏻 . 1.Los primeros tres meses sigue el plan alimenticio al pie de la letra. Es el tiempo que más te costará trabajo, necesitas de toda tu fuerza de voluntad.🤯 . 2.
