How often do you use heat on your hair? Heat, is apart of my weekly regimen. I don’t flat iron often, really, only when I want to trim my hair; however, I do prefer to blow dry my hair rather than air dry after every wash; every now and then I will do a wet set or attempt a wash and go. I have been doing this for years and managed to avoid heat damage using quality products and techniques for optimal health with heat styling. What are your thoughts on heat for natural hair?
In a landmark ruling, new guidelines to be released by the New York City Commission on Human Rights, the targeting of people based on their hair or hairstyle, at work, school or in public spaces, will now be considered racial discrimination. This is a massive step forward against discrimination that a lot of black people have to deal with when deciding on how to wear their hair. This should be implemented across all countries in my view. Our hair, our choice. The way we wear it doesn’t change the way we can perform or think......#TheRenaissance

One product that I will always love is @carolsdaughter
Marguerite’s Magic (Restorative Cream). This product is great for restoring moisture, strength, and it improves the manageability of the hair ! •
This has made my dry, brittle, damaged hair go from a 2 to a 10 in a matter of days ! I normally apply this product at night every 2 nights until I feel the moisture and bounce come back to my hair. You don’t need much ! It’s very moisturizing ! •

COMPETITION WILL ALWAYS BE STIFF AT THE BOTTOM. .
There is no rocket science in breaking even or standing out in the industry. You have to get to the level that has fewer people & lesser noise. .
What it means is that if all your education is from free platforms, one out of every 2 persons around you mostly likely knows what you know.
Do you know that some states with over 500 Hair business owners do not have professionals??? .
YOU STILL THINK THIS INDUSTRY IS SATURATED?
I struggled with my skin care routine for the longest— what about y’all? 🤔 on hair care pic I am wearing makeup so my skin is a tint saturated.
