What is Shilajit basically? 😎
There is no ingredients in Shilajit 🤷♀️as it is naturally harvested substance like herbs 🌿 or honey 🍯 . it is not artificially created or mixed with something. ☝️The only ingredient we use is spring water 💦 to purify raw shilajit our of sand and stones.
You can try it safely as it works the same as the vitamins except that this is minerals and it is equally important for the healthy body. 🙌

You can think of the human body as an army of cells at war. The enemy includes oxygen and other molecules that damage DNA and cells, bacteria and viruses.
The body needs proteins, essential fatty acids( omega 3 and 6) minerals, vitamins and sufficient levels of the right sugar to fight the battles inside and outside our cells. .When your intake of certain nutrients becomes too low, the body’s repair, replacement and defense systems slow down or stop, allowing the damage to accumulate or fungi, bacteria and viruses to proliferate. .Its important to insure yourself against this by eating organically or spray free, invest time in cooking your own food so you select only the best ingredients, drink purified water only, supplement with ionised mineral drops, clean fish oil, turmeric, magnesium , vitamin D and activated B vitamins and at the very least every day.
