I honestly have muscles the size of a mouse! Wow a burny burny upper body. Up and awake early after a good night's sleep! Managed c1 (the band exercise was hard!!). 2 rounds of c2 (as it just got too burny) 1 round of c3 (those Arnold presses - ouch!!!) And 1 round of c5 (which I liked but ran out of time). My arms are on fire. My aim is that by this time next year I will looking I have a bit of pump on after my upper body workout so this is my before pic😂😂. What did the rest of the #queenteam

It’s week 5 it is the halfway mark of the term. Panic if you wish but that solves nothing. Guess what, through the burning in your gut, you will get to learn. 🤓Learn that this is NOT how you want to feel the remainder of the term nor your college career. 📚This time is temporary and it will pass quickly (ask the seniors). So worrying is HOPEFULLY not going to be your modus operandi. 😣Do your best right now. 👍🏾Stay focused and if you bomb your exams this week, it isn’t too late to get your 💩together and still make it happen by the end of this term. 💪🏾If you think this is stressful, try having babies, sleepless nights, mouths to feed, a full time job, insurance, mortgage, utilities and a car payment. Oh yes and a social life. This part seems difficult but it gets more challenging and a bit of focus can make the term MUCH easier by just buckling down. After a vacation I force myself to get to the gym. Chest/arm day 💪🏽. This week I am 110% locking it down. I will be focusing on my technique as well as isolating more muscles. 💪🏼

Its Monday, whoop whoop, AND there's only 40 days till Summer! So this mumma is starting her week of with a cleanse to get serious. I want to lose 6-8kg before Christmas and a cleanse is a great way to kickstart.
Today I've started off with a lemon water and vanilla smoothie.
Then the little man and I walked to the shops and back to make sure I had everything I needed on hand.
50 minute walk done
2L of water down
Cleanse on track
This week I'm making sure my food and water is on point and to make sure I'll be doing a food diary.
I've written up my goals and broken them down into weeks so I have a weight goal each week. BuT if I don't reach it one week I know I'm doing my best, and so many things can make your weight flucuate so I wont be stressing about it. It's 10 weeks until Christmas, time to SHRED for Summer!
