Don't let that smile fool you. Today sucked. I let something get to me that I shouldn't have and it just festered. I don't have the time for that and I know it. 💁 but i let it eat me up inside. Went to CF tonight even though the WOD was 3 of the 4 things I hate to do, front squats, cleans & burpees. We did 6 sets of 4 FS starting at 70% and working up with the last set being 80%+. I hit all my numbers and that last 80%+ set was painfully slow moving @ 155 pounds. My front rack hold is terrible. 😖 on top of all that, I've been getting my eating back on track after a good break, just being honest here. Today is day 4. I've done great but it isn't easy. I'm literally a food addict & it's like I'm detoxing. It took all my will power to not go to Moe's tonight. The craving was unreal. But ya girl made it home with out stopping. 🙌

We might do lots of hard work but it would be worth only if the outcomes matches.
We always need to keep check on the progress we are doing in whatever we are up to. Sometimes all our efforts are useless if those are not in the right direction.

Yes, communication is a very important part of any relationship. Sometimes words fails to communicate or miss communicates. That is the time silence would be more effective.
Silence becomes more effective with other communication signs like eyes and body postures.

When we are alone, there are no one to judge us or label us and it would be the opportunity to know our true self.
At that moment we can’t blame anyone or expect someone to endorse us for whatever we are doing.

It’s not the speed, it’s the path and the continuity which matters.
