Join the lovely Andrew today (Sunday) for a Vinyasa Flow with a bit of Yin mixed in (that was Yin, not gin... that's for later 😜)
- The class will be around 45 minutes of a powerful vinyasa flow to help rinse out any toxins already consumed this weekend 🍸🍾🍺 The invigorating movement of the class will get energy moving and flowing through your body in ways it doesn't normally tend to move from day to day.
Once things are warmed up, detoxed and energised there will be 30 minutes to really slow things down and relax into some slower yin stretches. .
The result... Totally zen'd out and perfectly set up for your bank holiday Monday 🤗 (or raring to go for a night on the tiles 💃)

One of the benefits of kickboxing is stress relief. Find out how kicking + punching can help de-stress 💪👊 It's a no brainer that physical activity helps to reduce stress and kickboxing is no different it is a great stress relief. It helps you switch off from the outside world and concentrate on the present moment. Kickboxing requires full concentration when learning combinations which will help take your mind off the other things that might be causing you to be stressed
When working out on the pads your brain increases the production of endorphins which creates feel good thoughts. Punching and kicking also helps to release muscle tension caused due to stress. As you continue through the session you'll start to notice you become more relaxed and focussed and will forget about the reasons why you were stressed
Kickboxing is also a great motivator as your never training alone. Working with a partner on pads on working through a circuit in small groups also helps to provide a means of social support and will help reduce the feeling of loneliness
As well as building physical strength and improving your fitness kickboxing also helps build confidence and self-esteem. Mastering new combinations and performing them with proper technique can instil a sense of acheivement
