For far too long I have worried about what people thought of me. Limiting myself to my own potential, AFRAID to fail, too shy to try and frankly no WILL to challenge myself. Ive only been on this journey a very short time. BUT I am in full force, and literally nothing will stand in my way at this point. I am not doing this for anyone but myself, but the rewards will benefit everyone around me. Im done being scared of being "new" or "failing" or looking dumb. I will keep trying, I will keep practicing and I will keep my eyes and ears so open to gain as much knowledge as I can. Because this is the NEW me. The NEW me is everything I knew I was. Just working on showing my mind just that. So follow your passion or your interests ni matter how far fetched it seems! If you cant stop thinking about it, start doing it! EVERY.SINGLE.DAY.

Just being honest here... Monday was my birthday and I'm moving 13 hrs from home next month so I binged on some booze and food this last week.. and boy does it make a difference. I've been so bloated and I even missed my superfoods shake once this week. Today I'm back on track and I feel so much better. I never noticed this before because I must have been bloated 24/7.. no wonder why I never felt good.
Thank goodness I have the tools to fix that and change my lifestyle.
P.S I love swing at bars 😝
First run in 9 months, and the last 5 of those have been spent recovering from a category 2 ankle sprain. To say I'm pretty pleased with how this went is a fair statement- I had to stop twice for a 30 second breather but even so it's not too far out of a 30m 5k- just gotta stick at it, build up this ankle support and get back sub 30! #recovery #runner #whoruntheworld #irun
