Dining at @andiamosantafe
is a simple experience. We prepare the finest, local and seasonal ingredients a la minute with the utmost care and respect. Our menu is inspired by Italian cuisine, but as food is born of the region, we try to stay true to our relationships with local growers. For that reason, we’ve continuously nurtured a strong connection between the Santa Fe Farmers Market and our kitchen — melding indigenous foods whenever possible, with key Italian imports. We crave these earthy, effortless flavors long after the meal has ended.

Homemade smothered burrito with hashbrowns, mushrooms, spinach, and hummus. It was so much I had to eat the rest of the burrito filling on the side. This was absolutely perfect.

Mmmm, is there anything better than Spaghetti Bolognese? :)
It's always a good night for pizza. 😋 🍕
Friday is Beaujolais Nouveau Day and @andiamosantafe
is gesturing north to France in its honor. We will be featuring Jean Baronnat Beaujolais Nouveau.
Jean Baronnat is a historical producer and one of the last independent, family owned, estates of Beaujolais whose production is based largely on Nouveau. The grapes are grown organically. There is no chapitalization or use of enzymes. Outside of a few sans soufre Nouveau (Marcel Lapierre), this is the most naturally made Nouveau available. A percentage of the fruit is sourced from two of Beaujolais’s ten cru municipalities, Moulin a Vent and Brouilly.
Jean Barronat makes only 500 cases of Nouveau. More than 200 cases are airfreighted directly to Synergy for Beaujolais Nouveau Day. Have yourself a glass (or a bottle) at @andiamosantafe
Chargrilled Asparagus & Roasted Beet Salad + Chilled Melon Soup✨
Deb and Tomás took us to their favorite cafe for brunch. We felt pretty special to be with Deb, the namesake for the “Deb” menu item. Have learned to order my Chile sauce like a real local: Christmas style which means red and green Chile sauce together. Yum!
Our exquisitely serene evening here in Mountainair ended with a delicious meal made by Tomás and Deb. They thoughtfully made us a #vegan
Roasted Sweet Potato Red New Mexico Chili And Chipotle Pepper Bean Stew with Brown Rice. They are sharing the recipe because is was a perfectly spiced meal. They are even sending us home with the authentic New Mexican spices. If you come to our house for dinner soon, we will probably will be making this.
Missed our turnoff on Highway 60, but found wood fired pizza and delicious beer on tap. Happy vacation accident. Thanks for your patience, Tomás and Deb.
