I went into the city yesterday to meet up with a friend, and we ended up getting lunch at @rubyscafe
in Soho. I opted to get the Crispy Grain Bowl (minus the feta) which has plenty of greens and grains. I also ended up getting their watermelon mojito since it was so humid out yesterday! Twas the perfect way to cool off ☀️
Introducing our Tuna Yuk Hwe - a light appetizer that’s traditionally made with raw beef. At our restaurant, we use lean raw tuna in place of beef. Our dressing is complemented with pickled daikon, Nori, Cucumber, and Marcona Almonds.
