Years ago when I started baking , Nigella was the inspiration ! Her recipes are easy to make , her creations look fabulous and she puts her heart & soul to her food ! When ever I had a free time I used to go through her books , videos and I learnt a lot !
I can still remember the first recipe of Nigella's that I tried. " Nigella 'a Old fashioned chocolate cake ! "
It was a hit ! Everyone loved it and then I tried the Pavlova ! Then the cheese cake ! Then her meat balls .. the list goes on !
I love to cook - I know the magic I can create with food ! I love to cook for my friends & family . I hate buying cooked fancy food from outside . Wether it's Biriyani or , Kottu , cheese cake or bread pudding , I always want to make my food !
I enjoy the smell of the home made spices . I love fresh produce which we get every day ! I love to smell the fruits before I buy - just to make sure they are ripped enough for us to try out !
For me : Nigella was such an inspiration from the beginning.
When ever she released a book - a friend of mine who lives in UK , sent it over to me !
I actually got the book before it came to SL .
It was a great opportunity to listen to her yesterday ! Thanking Cinnamon Life for the wonderful Nigella inspired brunch & the jazz music. Met some wonderful souls , had some delicious food and came back home with a lot of memories !
Until we meet again ; 😘❤️😘And thank u so much for inspiring millions of women around the globe with love ! You are simply gorgeous !
