Pasta 🍝 😋 I got so many requests on how to make the uni cream sauce so I figured I would give you a quick run down on a super simple Uni Cream Pasta:
Butter, Olive Oil, Garlic, any fermented soybean paste that you have on hand(Miso, Dobanjiang, Doenjang), Crab 🦀 Stock (or any seafood stock you can find), Heavy Cream and of course the ⭐️ of the dish UNI 😍
Topping: Togarashi, Nori, Shiso, Tobiko/Ikura, more UNI 🤗
