A year ago, after striking the most interesting conversation with a local Uber driver I ended up at the “Oasis”, a beautiful cafe on Lake Travis for the sunset on a Wednesday in the beautifully weird Austin. It's been a rather difficult week. My father law in is now in the hospital. So I'm having to spend more time with my mother in law. It's time we'll spent but it hasn't allowed me much time to be on social media. Thanks for your patience. 💜

September Swells. Foggy gray and variable winds...yet the swell pumped all month with two tropical systems passing offshore. Here a surfer does the rock dance on his way out to the reef while @kookgromintergalactic slides a clean one to himself across the bay at the point...
