These two ladies are absolutely doing just that and more. Guess what? They are doing it for so many different reasons that reflect them personally. .
They have a fire 🔥inside them to help as many people as possible and are incredibly dedicated to their families and lives. .
Both working FULL TIME jobs and having a family of their own, they do not allow it to be an excuse and instead use it as a driving source in their businesses.
Sending out the biggest hug and Congratulations to two of my favorite people on hitting this milestone in their business.

Week3 day3 shoulders!!! Ugh!!! This is my weakest area for sure. Which makes it the hardest one for me to do. I struggle with neck and upper back issues. But I’m determined to make them stronger! A few weeks ago I would have used this as an excuse not to do this workout. But not today. I told myself just do it modify if you need to but just friggin do it!! It’s definitely not getting stronger lying in bed...right😏. #fitby50 #noexcuses #letsdothis #motivateyourself

Descubrí el Crossfit en una búsqueda de un deporte alternativo que me ayudara a bajar de peso fuera de rutinas aburridas en el gimnasio.
Al principio fue una relación de amor y odio. A pesar de ser lo que buscaba, una forma diferente y divertida de hacer ejercicios, en muchas ocasiones las excusas triunfaban ante mis ganas. El apoyo de personas claves en el transcurso, fue el detonante para enfocarme y así mismo comenzar a ver los cambios. Una vez esto ocurrió, se convirtió en adición.
La realidad es que el CF ha sido mucho más que un cambio físico. A diario me da la oportunidad de creer más en mí y día a día acercarme a una nueva versión de mí; una nueva Omayra llena de energía, salud y sobre todo confianza.

"I can't do this thing until this other thing has happened." NO!
Take the leap! Do the thing! Most of the time we are never completely "ready". And if wait to be ready we will never move forward. And then we don't get the rewards.
So many things are beautifully POISED, ready to go, ready to become clear, ready to change and they are all waiting on YOU to do that ONE THING.

You know how we always hear that we need to take care of ourselves first so we can better take care of others? Put on your oxygen mask first, right?! Turns out that I am not very good at doing that. Are you? 🤷♀️ I may have kept going on that way if it weren't for some really honest moments I had to have with myself. I'm not sure when I'll be ready to show my progress pictures but I am sure that I'm moving forward! 💜
Enjoyed a lunch date with MYSELF today, getting in a good sweat! 🙌
Exercising is one of the greatest things I can do for myself that says I love you! ❤️ .
I’ve spent way too many years hating on myself, beating myself up, and being judgmental about everything about myself. It was so damn exhausting! .
Now I focus on being kind to myself, showing myself love, and allowing myself to be the perfectly imperfect being that I am! .
And man, that’s freeing 🕊
