Thank you to everyone who came out for Week 2 of The #LongChimFourRegionsSeries
(Sold out once again!) Also A BIG THANK YOU to @mielbrewery
for hosting us and helping us throughout the service.
This Friday (11/16) is Week 3 of the series and We’re taking y’all to The Northeast Region of Thailand 🇹🇭 AKA Isaan! 🌶What makes Isaan food different than other Thai regions? 🌶 -There are a few flavors and ingredients that are prominent: chili peppers, lime, peanuts, dried shrimp, fish sauce and fermented fish (Pla-RA). Fresh fruits, vegetables, sticky rice, cilantro, mint, dill and toasted rice are all common. Though flavor layers are complex and spicy, food preparation is often simple, fresh, and brightly flavored. Savory salads include #Somtum
. Simply marinated grilled chicken or pork is always served with sticky rice and often accompanied by fresh veggies or chili dips.
Please stay tuned for the menu!
