Low carb bagels. Especially yummy when toasted and topped with Bacon 🥓 lettuce, avocado 🥑 and #nealbrothers
1.5 cups of shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp of cream cheese
1 cup of almond flour
1 tbsp of baking powder
Preheat oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. ➡️combine almond flour and baking powder. This is your change to use spices! I only used garlic powder to taste but onion powder would be so good!
➡️in a separate bowl combine cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 2 mins. Stir half way through
➡️once melted quickly add the eggs and dry mix combining with a fork to start and then hands. ➡️divide into three equal parts ➡️roll mixture into a long strip and wrap around in circle to form a bagel
➡️bake for 15-20 mins (keep an eye out around the 13 min mark). Enjoy!
