Another great selection from Barkada are the bao bun tacos that come with four different fillings. We ordered the short rib along with the porky belly pictured here. It's braised pork belly topped with grilled onions, cilantro and pickled cucumbers with asado sauce. Another highlight of the meal!
We got so addicted to these pho rolls (pho cuon)! I wish they had more of these in the states! 🍜🌶🌿The👨🏻 was loving the mixed pho noodles (pho tron).

Homemade MykChilli Pad See Ew🍲 Recipe Below:
1. 1 handful fresh, wide rice noodle (bought from market)
2. Handful chopped veggies (Carrots, babycorn, black mushroom, broccoli, cauliflower, white cabbage and chewy tofu). 3. Heat wok over med-high heat, add 2 tbsp oil and fry 1 clove minced garlic.
4. Add vegetables and stir fry 2 mins.
5. Push veges to the sides, add 2 tsp more oil in the middle and crack an egg in the middle.
6. Quickly stir fry to scramble egg and add noodles to the mix.
7. Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp red mykchillisauce, 1tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tsp brown sugar, half fresh red chilli and handful of fresh Thai basil.
8. Stir fry and mix well. Serve immediately.

This had been going on for far too long. He is 99% convinced that he is stuck in a terrible nightmare featuring soup, strange creatures, floating men, airships, and teleportation. There is no way this can be real, can it? The strange creatures throw the man into the cauldron, “PLOP”. As the man sinks to the bottom of the soup, the agonizing pain of the boiling liquid quickly disappears, and then nothing. Now at this point, the audience is to expect the man to wake up, but he doesn’t, because this was not a dream. What the man had previously thought to be reality was actually a dream, and what he believed to be his dream, was actually his reality. The man had become soup. THE END.
