Yesterday’s Sunday supper was spaghetti a limon a la @frankprisinzano
🍝 🍋 Quickest and simplest meal I’ve cooked in a while ...but so, sooo good. Spaghetti (in our case last night, linguine) is boiled in salty water. Then, spoon a few ladlefuls of pasta water to a secondary pan. Add pasta, lemons (juice and rind!) and butter. Stir vigorously to emulsify. The sauce should be full and rich and shiny ✨ if you’re like us, top with an obscene amount if grated parm, cracked black pepper and red chili flakes. Highly recommend you check out @frankprisinzano
’s instastories for details on technique...important when there are only three ingredients to a dish 👌🏻 .
Also - here’s cenote plate #2
🌊 these were a happy experiment for an upcoming project that I’m excited so share with everybody 🙂 not sure if I’ll be making more to sell - but meanwhile I’ve listed a few cenote dishes up on Etsy if you’re interested in picking one up 💕
