All of my favorite Colors in one frame ❤️. .
Dalhousie was beyond my expectations. It was unexpected, raw at some places, challenging, learning and fun!
Also, it was not really crowded. In fact I had all the place to myself at times 🤓
This picture was captured from my first day hike to Kalatop from my hostel @zostel
There was a roadway which could have taken me to base of Kalatop wildlife sanctuary and this was total 14 kms one way hike.
To cut down some of the roadway distant my hostel care taker told me go through forest way. He instructed specifically to take the route to the top of the mountain only if there were villagers' footprints. I started my journey imagining some footprints and ended up making my way to the top.
Now, this was not so easy. It was my first ever experience with foot-deep snow and every step I took to climb up was no less than a challenge on its own. There were moments when I doubted my self but everytime I had such times I recalculated the risk and gathered courage to stay focused on what was in front me .
But at the end I did it and it was all worth it ✌️

This is something I have been working on a lot lately. In the midst of some of the busiest, most chaotic months of my life, I have challenged myself to calm down and ~BREATHE~
When I was in India, we were constantly surrounded by bazillions of people, especially when we were at “tourist attractions.” But look what happens when you stop trying to force something, and just let things happen as they are meant to?! This is a real photo...no Lightroom eraser...and all it took was a little of my time and patience🌀
So often we are prone to thinking we need to just put our head down and forge ahead, pushing our way towards whatever future we are trying to build and achieve.
This is your reminder that sometimes the best thing you can do is STOP for a minute and just BE💫 and see what comes to you! Sometimes the answers are right in front of our noses, but we miss them, head to the ground, forcing something, when the universe has opened up an alternative.
