Day 17 on plan.. so not a great day, they say a picture paints a thousand words.. well I can think of a few.. not inspiring at all but at least it was a day on plan 100%
Breakfast..missed as rushing around 20 minutes late for a meeting at school...Breakfast half prepared and left left on kitchen side.
Lunch..was my breakfast which was 0%natural yogurt with strawberries and blueberries.
Dinner was slimming world char sui pork noodles.
A..350mls skimmed milk
A.. didn't get round to having.
B..2 alpen light bars.
Snacks.. 1 Apple and 2 satsumas
3 herbal/green teas
