Still LOTS of progress to be made on this fitness JOURNEY. I've been doing 80 Day Obsession since January. Took a week off (just happened to also be a very big birthday that week - 50!😜), blew my nutrition, started round 2, but never really got back on track with food. So I decided start over with the 80DO Today show group and my new challengers. Today is Day 12, Leg day (my fave). Back on track with timed nutrition for the most part, I did have wine the other night. It was date night. We NEVER have date night! 🍷😘 Anyway, I feeling strong and like I'm getting lean again! Let's go to the pool!
