Sparkling No Sugar Mango Lassi Recipe
Nothing says summer (or Aussie Christmas) quite like the sweet, juicy taste of mango.
This sparkling mango lassi is really the best of both worlds... No need to choose between a thirst- quenching soft drink or a refreshing mango smoothie when you could have two in one!
You can use greek yoghurt for a more traditional lassi or for a vegan friendly option you can substitute with coconut yoghurt.
2 1/2 cups frozen mango
1 cup greek yoghurt (or coconut yogurt)
1 cup Nexba coconut and mango sparkling infusion
1. Combine all ingredients in a high power blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Transfer to glasses and top with fresh mango and desiccated coconut (optional). 3. Serve and enjoy.
🐶 Turkey Tendons!! Anyone else love these for their dogs? I like to feed treats that are long and can get to the back teeth to help clean them. Plus, If you have small dogs this will keep them busy for 5 to 10 minutes. Maybe longer just depends on your individual dogs chewing skills 😃
COMPLETE PANCAKES .
Ever since I can remember, pancakes have always been a family tradition on Christmas morning. Pancakes are literally one of my most favourite things ever! .
But, they aren’t the healthiest most of the time. So for the second year running, I’m going to put my hand up to make my yummy COMPLETE pancakes. I throw a sachet of our vegan, vanilla Complete wholefood powder into the batter. Naturally low in fat & sugar, gluten free, GM free with nothing artificial, our Complete powder also has added goodness like radish, broccoli, alfalfa sprouts, quinoa, amaranth & mushroom powder. With ingredients like this, I know I am insuring my family has the best possible start to the day....and Christmas! .

I am normally a dark meat chicken eater. But when my father in law gave me two nice chicken breasts from a whole chicken he was breaking down for soup, I had to try to sous vide them.
Turned out great, moist, tender, flavorful. I brined them for two days and then went 140°F for 4 hours in the water bath.
I seared it off quickly to put some color on it. But man, I was happy with the result. Next time sous vide then flash fry!! #tenderchickenbreast #notdry #roastedveggies

1 cup Nexba lemon and elderflower kombucha
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1 cup ice cubes
Grapefruit, orange, lemon and lime slices, to garnish
1. Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in a large jar and mix.
2. Pour into mason jars and garnish with citrus fruits.
3. Serve and enjoy.

Once upon a time I would have had an anxiety attack at the thought of not training for even one day . Thank god I am more educated these days and now understand it’s not the end of the world and Whether you are injured, fatigued, sick it’s actually really stupid not to let your body rest , you should feel 100% before a session and even better afterward, our body gives us signs of when to slow down Im so glad I’ve learnt to listen to mine . . Rest And recovery is such an important part of the process . When you can’t train just make sure you are keeping your diet as clean as you can .
Focus less on how many calories you are consuming and more of the quality of the food you are eating . Yeah you can eat chocolate every day and lose weight (if it fits your macros ) but what’s the point in looking good if you feel like crap ? And why put harmful chemicals into your body when there are so many choices of good clean foods that taste just as good and won’t effect your health long term .
Eat good to feel good and eventually it will show on the outs side , even if you can’t get to the gym everyday 💪
