SALTED CARAMEL PB BANANA BREAD✨🙊 The smell of fresh banana bread straight out of the oven is possibly one of my favourite smells ever. With the addition though of @byronbaypeanutbutter
‘s salted caramel PB it is incredible🙏 I have written out the recipe for you all below! Happy Saturday lovelies🌻 🌈 (Ps. you can use normal PB - doesn’t have to be salted caramel😜) ❃
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup Nuttelex (melted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup salted caramel @byronbaypeanutbutter
(and another 1/4 extra) ❃ Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Line a 9x5 loaf pan. ❃ In a small bowl, combine milk and apple cider vinegar. Set aside. ❃ In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add and stir through sugar, maple syrup, nuttelex, vanilla and milk. Add flour, peanut butter, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir until just combined. ❃ Pour into pan. Lightly drizzle the extra peanut butter on top. Bake for 40 min.❃ Enjoy!💖

I don’t know how to properly use chop sticks but I can still manage to shovel this Gluten and Soy Free Vegetable Pad Thai into my mouth without any issues | I’ve been gluten/dairy/soy free since about 2006 and have learned over the years through trial and error how to substitute ingredients in recipes for my sensitive stomach. It’s actually quite easy to cook delicious, nourishing foods at home once you realize there’s no need to reinvent the wheel. I thought I would start sharing some of my favorite recipes from the various food blogs I follow and how simple substitutions can be to make a recipe friendly for various dietary needs. blog, you can find the original recipe titled Rainbow Vegetarian Pad Thai and the only changes I made were to use cashews instead of peanuts, coconut sugar instead of brown sugar and coconut aminos instead of soy. I will also sometimes add some cooked shredded chicken at the very end, right before serving. It’s so easy and one of my favorite recipes to make 😋
>>>> Salad with Avocado Dressing <<<< INGREDIENTS - Black beans - brown rice - corn - mixed greens - sprouts
- onion - tomato
- avocado - garlic
- lemon juice - water - paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt
1.) Make avocado salsa: blend avocado, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, water, and salt as desired. This is really to your taste so you can play around with portions.
2.) Cook brown rice and black beans per package instructions. Set aside. Add salt if desired. Cook corn per package instructions. Drain and add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, and salt. Set aside.
3.) assemble mixed greens, tomato, sprouts, avocado, tomato, onion, and add brown rice, black beans, and corn as well as avocado salsa. Enjoy :)

🌱Larry often tells students of a time in Haiti when we went to help with disaster relief. Another organization had come before us and built composting toilets which in theory was suppose to solve the no modern plumbing problem. The only issue?
🌴Haiti is a tropical, very wet environment with very little organic matter ( no spare sawdust, bark, etc) you can guess what happened….☔️
The toilets flooded due to heavy rains and ended up making a sewage pond before anything could breakdown and with no organic matter to help with the decomposition process…. .
👐Arrive at solutions don’t impose them because your an “expert” or you took a green building class and think everybody needs a composting toilet.".

Healthy tasty Morning brekky idea 💡 .
I just made this up this morning as I had a heap of zucchini and cauliflower that needed to be cooked so it didn’t go to waste. .
Grated and strained the veggies then added the eggs & egg whites and sweet potatoe mash.
Seasoned with cracked pepper, parsley and basil. .
Baked in a muffin tray for 35-40mins at 200C .
Rather impressed with how they turned out! .
Next time I might add pumpkin, spinach and feta and make it a true veggie frittata like at the shops!
I topped mine with some fresh crumbled feta.

Just a girl learning to love her body really well ☝️
Sometimes that means exercising when you really don’t feel like it, or resting when you want to push yourself further. It can mean choosing the most nourishing thing on the menu or eating chocolate cake and enjoying every bite. It can mean following ig accounts that inspire you or unfollowing certain accounts because the comparison bug sneaks in and makes you feel like crap.
For me personally if I see a constant flow of ‘perfect’ bodies on my feed I feel like I don’t measure up and that I’ll never be enough. And that is such a lie.
Every body is different, unique, beautiful and so worthy of love. What I once saw as flaws or something to be fixed I can now see as part of the beauty that makes me me. My toned yet jiggly shape makes me feel strong and feminine and my stretch marks are kind of sexy 🙈
That doesn’t mean that I don’t have insecurities. My cellulite is still something I’m not a fan of and having other people see me in swimmers sometimes makes me nervous. It’s a journey, we need to have grace for ourselves and choose love daily.
