You will create more of whatever you focus on. If you focus on all the things that are going wrong, you create more of that. Instead, focus on all the things that are going well and all the things that you would like to create more of. ⠀
Notice how that instantly shifts your energy! It opens you up to attract more of the good stuff because what you put out into the world comes back to you. Good vibes all around ✌🏽
Here are 9 vegan protein sources:
1. Lentils : Lentil is a very good source of molybdenum, folate, dietary fiber, copper, phosphorus, manganese, vitamin B1, and... high in protein
2. Quinoa : quinoa is a super food seed which contains amino acid and also a complete protein
3. Beans : beans is very cheap and also high in protein, it's also an excellent sources of fiber, iron and potassium.
4. Soy : soy is great meat's substitution, it contains very low saturated fats, cholesterol free and also lactose free.
5. Mushroom : mushroom is also a good substitution for meat's protein, though its amount of protein is lesser than other's meat subs.
6. Greens : every leafy green is a nutrient-dense, including protein. Roughly a cup of raw spinach (30gr) contains 0,9 gr of protein
7. Tempeh : tempeh is an Indonesian's super food. It is rich in protein and contains every essential amino acid
8. Tofu : tofu is weight loss fighter's buddy as it is extremely low in fat, cholesterol free but rich in minerals. It also contains protein for vegan or vegetarian
9. Buckwheat : buckwheat is known as an excellent source of manganese, copper, magnesium, dietary fiber, phosphorus and.... it actually contains more protein rather than rice or millet. It has 11-14 gr of protein/100gr.

Found this recipe online at one of the cassava flour companies for yeasted, dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free, cinnamon rolls. They're dry, chewy, oddly bland and very so-so. Ingredients include cassava flour, full fat coconut milk, coconut sugar, apple cider vinegar, yeast, coconut oil, superfine brown rice flour, sorghum flour, cornstarch and cinnamon. They'd be good as hockey pucks, but might make a mess on their way into the net. 😂

Sunday fridge clear, found myself left with butternut squash and Cavolo Nero so roasted the squash in chunks with salt and pepper, toasted some pine nuts, sliced some garlic and popped in a pan with shredded greens then a generous splash of olive oil to finish, the fat from the oil aids your absorption of the fat soluble vitamins A,D,E,K and the wonderful anti inflammatory polyphenols in these brightly coloured veg, we ate this stirred through spelt pasta with a generous grating of Parmesan 🧀 but I reckon it could make a great base for a frittata which could be sliced into portions for weekday packed lunches? #antioxidants #polyphenols #eattherainbow #mealprep #sundayfridgeclear #nutritionaltherapy #nourished
