It’s Megan @chatandchop
, if you haven’t been able to tell, I like to have fun. Sometimes I bring wigs to my cooking classes… because who doesn’t laugh a little when they put a brightly colored wig on?!?! When you are in this, it can be all consuming and overwhelming, but I hope for you is that you find ways to “wig out” - mix it up, add some humor, lightness, and fun to all this… (which I know is much easier said than done, but is possible!). Eat on pillows on the living room floor, play music that makes you shake your booty, wear a wig or a formal dress while cooking, whatever you find that makes you laugh, makes you uncomfortable, or makes you grow, do it… It’s essential to healing.
All I ask is when you do, you share it! Please tag me and let me know! With that small token, I wrap up my week!
Thank you for letting me share with you all! It has been a true honor! Sending out blessings of healing, joy, and deliciousness to each of you in your journeys. I have enjoyed getting to know some of you and especially grateful for you during this week of Thanksgiving! Please feel free to reach out to me at @chatandchop
or my personal account @gilroymb
I am trying to get better about posting my adventures in this healing process and love to connect with others and share in the journey together.
You got this! Xoxo
