The Major Causes of Personal Failure
To give you some perspective on the losses you face, I have below listed the most common and powerful causes of failure. When you recognize any that have hampered you, it is important that you do not berate yourself for their presence in your life. Instead you must resolve to do something about them, and do it now!
1. The habit of drifting through life without a definite major purpose
2. Meddlesome curiosity about other people’s affairs

9. Negative mental attitude
10. Lack of emotional control
11. The desire to get something for nothing
12. Failure to reach decisions promptly and firmly when all the facts needed for the decision are available
13. One or more of the seven basic fears: poverty, criticism, ill health, loss of love, old age, death
14. Poor selection of a spouse
15. Over caution or the lack of caution
16. Poor choice of a vacation or occupation

So I typically recommend HIIT workouts to my clients at least twice a week. Here’s a quick shoulder focused HIIT that will leave your heart rate spiking non stop and the shoulders on fire. Seated kettlebell/dB iso press(core tight focus) 15 seconds each arm. 30 second banded front lat raises 30 second side lat DB raises. Battle rope core tight, shoulder main movement 30 seconds. Repeat 5-6x if you give this shit your all... you’ll feel accomplished after. If you’re not feeling this..work fucking harder. #welshfitflex
🌤 Good Wednesday Morning Friends! Today I’m coming at you with a term that I use frequently and its called progressive overload. This term has proven to be a vital concept in my life. For those of you who are not familiar with the term, progressive overload means that your body will adapt to increased stress by building itself up stronger over time. Now I imagine that we’ve all endured some stressful events or situations. Trust me, I’ve had my share of rough experiences in my past 49 years. I’ve personally learned throughout my own experiences, that the LORD will not give you more than you can handle! I am a true testament to that. But today friends, I want to focus on our physical bodies, and how to create a stronger core by adapting to a progressive overload ideology. The key to building a stronger core is pretty simple: use weights, do more reps, eat well, sleep, rise and repeat. Check out my newest blog on Medium.com, by clicking on the link in my bio, where I outline the 10 best exercises to build a solid core by using the progressive overload approach! Happy reading friends! When you tell yourself, suck it up buttercup to your day-long headache because it’s shoulder day, my fave.
Shown are the sixth sets of tonight’s muscle rounds
Sometimes you need to believe that things can come true. You just gotta work on them! 🙏🏽💯💎 #trusttheprocess
Working on MYSELF, for MYSELF, by MYSELF☺️

These kill the booty 🍑 the struggles of training alone: no camera person 😂 thanks for showing me this workout @linzfit23
I hate lifting in the morning. I often feel like a zombie on the way in and inner voices are often screaming "you deserve more rest" etc... But I also know it won't get done if it's not the first thing I do. Midway during and after however I always feel great about myself and the decision I've made. Find what works for you and stick to it. #Progressfitt
5.5 weeks out for @dpomofit
Conditioning is the main priority
All I hear playing in my head is when they say: “and your lats from the rear” from PUMPING IRON! 💪🏻 Feels good to finally be able to showcase hard work to its fullest potential! I’m progressing (which bodybuilding is all about: GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT) and this division will suit me quite well in the upcoming years!
One of the most important lessons I have learned throughout life, is that every thing is about perception. They see failure, I see opportunity, they see struggle, I see achievement and where someone sees depravation, I see the start of my own journey.
