EXCITING NEWS! As most of you know my passion for all things holistic health and nutrition is REAL. I’ve been giving friends and family advice for years, I am always their go-to girl for all things health related. So I decided to take this passion and turn it into a business! I will be starting classes to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and will begin taking clients online or in-person starting July 2019!

Everyone around me has been hating on the recent time change, but I’m over here like 💁🏻♀️ because it finally doesn’t feel like bedtime as soon as I get home from work! Also, I can finally take natural light food photos of my dinners again - the struggle is real, y’all!
Tikka Masala is one of those foods I’ve been wanting to try making for a VERY long time but never got around to doing it. I finally ripped off the band aid this week and made some in the instant pot and OMG 🤤 why did i wait so long?! Served with turmeric cauliflower rice and some zucchini/yellow squash (plus an unpictured last minute slice of sprouted sourdough to soak up all that saaaauce), I was in heaven 😇

Feeding our littles is a big job. Building the foundation of their relationship with food. #nobigdeal If left up to manufacturers, their first foods would be rice cereal and teething cookies, but there are far better options out there. I have taken a different route based on providing the most #nutrientdense foods I can without the processed garbage. Doesn’t equal a child who will eat anything all the time, but it helps set the stage for life long healthy eating habits. I start his meals with some fermented foods, followed by iron rich proteins, then fruits and veggies. Today’s meal was sauerkraut, olives, #wildcaught salmon, then green beans and avocado. This kid knows how to put some food away! Only suggesting if you are looking for other options. #nojudgementifyoudont

KUALA LUMPUR – Usaha kerajaan untuk mengakhiri kitaran kemiskinan melalui penggunaan teknologi membuahkan hasil apabila sejumlah RM24.3 juta pendapatan berjaya dijana pada tahun 2017 melalui program e-Usahawan.
