The importance of a good pan! . . Never underestimate how important a good non-stick pan is! They are a revolution when cooking pancakes (love!!) stir fries, curries, well anything basically!! . . I never have to use oil, unless I choose to. I often add the oil at the end, for example basil infused or sesame seed oil. Then the flavour packs the punch and because FATS ARE IMPORTANT to give you energy & renew cell growth. Healthy fats also promote healthy brain function (to mention a few benefits). . . But a good pan, like Tefal make cooking so much easier and cleaner! Try cooking the above Spicy Pork Stir Fry in a good pan and see how tasty it is!! . . Nutrition-wise, my weekend wasn’t perfect. I wasn’t as regimented with my meal timing, I had more coffee than I typically do, and I ate some foods that I generally try to stay away from. . How did I feel? Friggin’ awesome. Why? Because I was surrounded by people I love, I spent time in nature, and I didn’t take up time and space with endless stressing about food. . Life is all about balance. I’ve come to learn that although I know what foods and what eating routines work well for my body, the world will not end and my health will not instantly deteriorate if I decide to do something different once in a while. The old me would have been a ball of stress and anxiety thinking about how much I “screwed up” or “backtracked,” but I can see now that the stress of thinking those things is what used to make me feel a million times worse. . I’m back to my routines this week and I’m feeling great for it, but not one bit of me regrets straying a bit this past weekend. I had the best time with my favourite people and I enjoyed aaaall the delicious food I decided to eat. . Finding balance is a main component of the work I do with my clients. TRIPLE CHOCOLATE KINDER BUENO BANANA BREAD! the 3 best things in life, combined into 1 - you’re welcome😇 • • So i’ve just smashed a big fat push session in the gym & treated myself to 3 slices of this bad boy PWO🏋🏿‍♀️ fortunately for me I have the most insane chocolate hazelnut protein by scitech so I made a protein sauce with it & spread er alllll over🤤 highly recommend doing this if you have any sort of chocolate protein! Just mix the powder with a wee drizzle of water & prepare to be amazed🤩 • • Ingredientz: 🍌250g ripe bananas 🍌100g 0% fat natural yoghurt 🍌50ml almond milk 🍌1 egg 🍌1 egg white 🍌100g wholemeal flour 🍌50g self raising flour 🍌20g coconut flour 🍌15g bourneville cocoa powder 🍌2tbsp sweetener 🍌1tsp baking soda 🍌pinch of sea salt 🍌10g milk choc chips 🍌10g white choc chips 🍌1 kinder bueno bar 👉🏽mash the banana until super mush 👉🏽mix this with the yoghurt, milk, egg & egg whites using a hand whisk 👉🏽sift in the flours & cocoa powder 👉🏽add sweetener, baking soda & salt then whisk until combined 👉🏽transfer mixture to a baking loaf tin 👉🏽sprinkle the choc chips on top then place in the oven for ~35mins 👉🏽finely slice the kinder bueno bar 👉🏽remove cake from oven & lightly press the kinder bueno pieces on top 👉🏽place back in the oven for a further 15-20mins or until the middle of the loaf is cooked (check by poking a skewer in the centre - if it comes out dry then bobs ur fuckin uncle) • • Per slice: 📊99kcals - 16C|2F|4P • Note: this recipe should give you 12 decent sized slices in accordance with the macros provided but if you fancy making them smaller or fatter then be my guest🤪 • • #kinderbueno #chocolate #triplechocolate #bananabread #healthy #iifymrecipe #recipe #iifym #cleaneating #flexibledieting #pwo #cake #proteinrecipe #nutrition #dessert

Well that depends on your goal, when you train and how organized you are. If you’re doing intermittent fasting, then you might just have some water and coffee and go lift. Your performance might not be fantastic but the caloric deficit is the key to the weight loss. Just make sure you eat afterwards . If you’re not fasting, and you’re able to eat 2-3 hours before the workout, you can get in some protein, complex carbs and fats. This can be a fairly large meal as you’ll have time to digest it . If you’re eating 1-2 hours before then the meal should be a bit simpler. Not much fat, simpler carbs and some protein . If you’re eating right before your workout then the meal has to be very simple. Quickly digestible carbs, protein and no fat . Please keep in mind that you are NOT eating at all 3 of these times - you can have a larger meal early and a quick snack before but not all 3 of these (unless you’re really trying to add weight)💪🏼 .
