How simple is this? Watermelon 🍉 and chocolate 🍫 crumble - chuck nuts into a food processor till they become peanut butter, then add cacao and agave. Er, yes, yes and er, YES! 🤪
Not only is this dessert low GI, but it’s also packed with fibre, protein, healthy fats, complex carbs, vitamins, minerals and a tonne of other phytonutrients to benefit your body. 🙌 In short, pretty much guilt free and TASTY AF.

In case you guys forgot my favorite chest circuit!!!
I keep my chest days pretty simple, but love this circuit because it’s still super effective. In addition to this i like to incorporate a lot of pushups and also love my cable flys. Circuit below ( i do 4-5 rounds of 10 sets each) v .
1.) reverse grip press
2.) dumbbell flys
3.) chest press
4.) dumbbell squeeze press
5.) Pushups until failure .
NOTES: I always tend to go lighter weight on this due to the volume and amount of this circuit and just focus on form
🍌Banana egg PANCAKES with strawberry nut butter dip 🍓
Sometimes the repetive cleaning and bending over to pick up that spoon at meal time takes a toll. It doesn't matter if you are a stay at home parent or a working parent, having a kid around means there is always a mess to be cleaned. If you find yourself getting moody because of house work, or irritated because the baby pooped again then honey you need to CHANGE it up.
We went to Sunny Isles beach and had a breakfast picnic on the pier. No mess to clean up and we are breaking our routine, getting some sun and having fun. •
>Egg banana coconut pancakes with strawberry nut butter yogurt dip 🍌🍓
Mash a few bananas with a couple eggs. The consistency should be similar to pancake batter. Oil pan with coconut oil and cook. •
Blend fresh (or frozen) local/organic strawberries with a spoonful of nut butter and yogurt of choice (my favorite is cashew yogurt).
This is easy to take on the go and you can make a bunch. Keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days just heat and serve. | 🌻

Recently I set the goal for myself to achieve a 40” vertical. With my starting vert tested at 31” two months ago it’s not going to be an easy or short journey. But hey if your dreams don’t scare you a little then they’re not big enough right?
Since I still got 9” to go my goal is to reach it in 2 years so as to keep it realistic. It’s gonna be a long fun journey ahead though!

But you should also know that these videos show you some of the more “sexy” parts of training. I’ve also been doing a ton of the basics (heavy squats and deadlifts), and the auxiliaries like lunges and core work.

Chocolate Protein Snack Balls! 😍🍫 Macros 😏 Per Ball 🥥🤤 Protein 2g
Calories 66 per serving!
Ingredients 👨🏼🍳 * 3 Tbsp. protein powder (I used vanilla but chocolate is awesome!)
* 3 Tbsp. almond butter or peanut butter
* 3 Tbsp. dark cocoa powder (or cacao powder to keep it raw)
* 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
* 1 tsp. honey
dash of sea salt
* 1 tsp water
* 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut for rolling
Mix all ingredients together, either by hand or in the food processor.
Roll the dough into 1-1/2″ balls and then roll each ball in shredded coconut.
Pop in the refrigerator to set up.
These will keep covered in a Tupperware in the refrigerator for up to a week, but I doubt they will last that long. Enjoy! *UPDATE* Some of you have asked for the nutritional info on these, so here it is! Please keep in mind that the protein powder you use may alter the calories/carbs.
Pancakes are nutritious ❤️ and a treat that shouldn’t bring shame or guilt! Traditionally cooked they are full of protein (eggs/milk) + iron, B12 and folate (flour)... it’s what you put on them which may be crank up the calories 🤓 Why not replace your chocolate spread with a few dark chocolate chips and add some berries for fibre ! 🍇
• When making them at home I swap out white flour for whole grain to increase the fibre or even use almond/coconut flour to decrease carbohydrates. • When ordering from a hotel breakfast menu (usually large portions) why not share the pancakes and have a serving of low fat Greek yogurt on the side to balance it out with some protein 💡
