- what do we have today?!? Combating Monday Blues with good gut food! Spicy Kaali Dal (black lentils), mixed veg achar (pickled), barley, feta and spinach salad, steamed beets, fresh corn, yogurt, methi paneer, cabbage and carrot gyoza, blanched broccoli, baby corn, a handful of arugula and two quarters of thin, crispy chapathi (whole wheat, Indian flatbread). It was so delicious and so filling! The Indian style dal and paneer gravy satisfied some serious cravings! The barley and spinach salad was surprising so tasty! Food can be unbelievable simple, full of flavor and excellent for the mind and the body! 🤩🎃🥦🍊🥦🍊🌶🍎🍎🥥🌽🌽🌈🌼🌸🌞🍀🌷☘️
