👉🏼 Hervir el calabacín y los zapallitos hasta que estén cocidos. 👉🏼 Saltear el pollo y ponerlo en un bowl. Agregar queso untable y morrón picado, condimentar y mezclar. 👉🏼 Colocar aceite en una asadera, poner los vegetales y rellenarlos. Agrégale la salsa blanca y el queso muzzarella. 👉🏼 Llevar a horno 180 grados por 20 minutos.

Do you find yourself at times forgetting to breathe? I do! It is something that I am consciously working on as it has an effect on my posture, stress and body mechanics.
The way you breathe can impact your whole body, helping to regulate important functions such as heart rate and blood pressure. It can also reinforce proper body mechanics that put less stress on your body as you move, making it the efficient machine is was made to be!
DEEP BREATHING has its benefits.
It expands your lungs and forces your chest open combatting the slumped position we find ourselves in hour after hour.
EXERCISE: Take a deep breathe in from your nose for 4 sec, hold your breathe for 2 sec and slowly breathe out from your nose for 4 sec. Repeat 5 times.

With SO MUCH out there on food and diets, I Love love love having a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) in my tribe. Did you know that anyone can call themselves a nutritionist? But only RDNs have had advanced schooling/education/degree in nutritional science plus have to uphold national continuing education standards as well as a professional code of ethics.
Here is why I adore Maria... She is passionate about helping moms develop knowledge and confidence around how to eat to feel their best, as well as how to feed their children to help them grow and thrive.
She takes a non-diet approach to nutrition. Meaning that instead of focusing on weight loss or food restriction, she focuses on developing a way of eating and living that will bring joy to every day and make them thrive both in the short and long-term. She brings in strategies such as mindful and intuitive eating, as well as examining other areas in their lives that may be affecting their eating habits and overall wellbeing.
Her company name is "Hälsa nutrition" -- Hälsa means "to greet" and "health" in Swedish; Maria was born in Sweden and moved to the USA in second grade; her cooking and eating style is very much influenced by her Swedish heritage, she loves to eat fish and potatoes for dinner, go on long nature walks in any weather, and enjoy fika (a coffee break usually with a little baked good or other snack) any time of day!
She also has PICKY EATERS!!! So she gets it!
