One of them is this natural toilet bowl cleaner! It is SO easy to whip up, actually works, AND gives my bathroom that nice “clean” smell that I miss from normal cleaning products! • Recipe: 1 cup water 1 cup baking soda 1 cup Castile soap 1/4 distilled white vinegar 1/2 tsp. Coconut hot chocolate ☕️ I'm so damn HAPPY the weather is getting cooler! It's finally starting to feel like fall 🍁on a side note I'm dealing with issues with my damn jaw again (yay) which means I'll be on a liquid diet the next few days. Today I made hot chocolate with a coconut cream base. I added cinnamon, raw cacao powder, sea salt, chaga mushroom, honey and a pinch of self pity 🙃 I needed it to be more substantial and filling which is why I used coconut cream and I'm hoping the chaga mushroom and honey will help with the inflammation and boost my immunity. ✌🏻️✌🏻️✌🏻️ happy Saturday 💕💕

Stove Top Sugar-Free Cereal Ingredients: 2 tablespoons coconut oil 4 cup rolled oats 1 cup sliced almonds 1 cup flax seed, grounded 1/2 cup cacao nibs 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon Directions: In a cast iron pan heat oil over medium. Once oil is heated add rolled oats and stir continuously. Cook oats until they are partially then add in the sliced almonds cook until almonds and oats are a golden color, stirring continuously. Transfer to a sheet to cool and add flax, cacao nibs and ground cinnamon to the mix.
