I’ve struggled for years with my eating habits. I eat a healthy breakfast and then blow it on a slice of pizza (or three) that night. I finally get the concept of diets. They DON’T work. But..if you change your perception on eating, it becomes a little easier. Not that I don’t still struggle. We all love eating that bag of chips, bowl of candy or that hamburger that is loaded with all the carbs one could ever want, it’s the way the food makes you feel.
Once I finally opened up my Tone It Up recipe guide(that I bought 3 yrs ago), I finally made the change and started buying healthy alternatives and meal prepping on the weekend. I have never felt better. I like easy so I choose easy, healthy meals to make from TIU recipe guide that I know my husband will eat, so I don’t have to make two dinners. It’s a life changer knowing what meals I’m going to make and knowing that (almost) everything I put into my body nourishes it. It’s all about convenience so find something that works for you and stick with it, modifying here and there.
Here’s one I started with.. If you haven’t tried TIU Banana Peanut Butter Overnight Oats, I recommend it. It’s my go to when I want something sweet. •2⁄3 cup rolled oats
•2 Tbsp peanut butter
•4 tsp chia seeds
•2 tsp honey or maple syrup
•1 cup unsweetened almond milk
•1 scoop vanilla Perfect Fit Protein
•1 banana, sliced
*makes 2 servings
Mix everything together, top with banana or 3/4 cup berries and voila.

This evenings Mindfulness Tea Class was simply wonderful! We are so sorry that Kelli Williams our official speaker was unwell and sadly could not attend and wish her a good recovery! Thanks to the wonderful group of ladies who came and shared their tea time stories and thoughts with us all. On the menu was our Health Inspired Oatmeal Honey Scones, E&M’s Elderberry Passion Fruit Decaffeinated Tea along with our freshly made Almond Milk. A true Spa like evening it was!

Die BananenChips sind ein Mitbringsel aus Vietnam. Dort werden MiniBananen noch komplett in Handarbeit getrocknet und dann mit Ingwer und Sesam gewürzt - voll 😋
Werft beim Kauf getrockneter Bananen in Dt einen genauen Blick auf die Verpackung! Meistens sind die Bananen frittiert und nochmal zusätzlich gezuckert. Das kann bei vielen Trockenfrüchten der Fall sein. Mein Rat: Blick drauf und Finger weg von diesen reinen Fett-Zuckerbomben!
Jetzt aber zum leckeren KiBa-Schlemmerbecher. Ihr schnappt
5 EL Haferflocken
1 EL Kakaopulver
1 Pr. Salz und Zimt
10g getrocknete Süßkirschen (etwas kleiner geschnitten)
Wers mag: für Süße etwas frische Banane zu Mus stampfen
Alles gut miteinander vermischen, abschmecken und im schicken Schälchen abgedeckt über Nacht in den Kühlschrank packen 🥣
Für das Topping kommen die BananenChips zum Einsatz. Aber erst frisch kurz vor dem Loslöffeln draufpacken, sonst weichen sie auf:
20g klein gebrochene BananenChips
10g getrocknete Süßkirschen
1 TL Kakaonibs
Übrigens sind Kirschen ein geniales Sportlerfood: sie sind kaliumreich, helfen gegen Muskelkater und schenken uns einen besseren Schlafen. So sind wir dann wieder fit fürs nächste Workout 😁
Ich zähl nicht nur die Sätze sondern die Minuten beim heutigen Workout bis es heißt: Löffel rein und genussvoll leerschlemmen 😋

Ummm, this oatmeal was delicious! I know it’s best to not snack at night so your body can rest and digest. It took me a while to curb and finally ditch my late night sugary cereal habit. 1/2 cup water
2 egg whites
1 tbsp cacao
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 sc chocolate protein

MY TODAY'S SMOOTHIE ☘
Today i made my smoothie with avocado and banana. Then dropped some boiled spinach and asparagus and oats in the blender. And blended all together. I swear the taste of spinach or asparagus you wouldn't realise 😀... later I added some blue spirulina also and served in half part of the bowl.
Why Avocado☘: Loaded with healthy fats, avocados are a healthy pick for fat and flavor. And packed with folate.

Hey guys, it's a sad day for any Marvel fan out there. Today Stan Lee has sadly passed away. I grew up with him, and his many cameos in the marvel movies, and to realize that now we won't see them, saddened me even more. But, we have to continue moving on right, but we will still honor the man for what he did for everyone.
After a long day, I'm am ready to relax. My aunt dropped the bomb on me today when she said that I could help my little cousin with his project. That meant that I had to go and buy everything and construct it on the last minute. Thank God it's due on Tuesday and I have some more time tomorrow to finish it. If your wondering what it is, it's basically a 3D project in a landform. It's makes me wonder what kind of teacher gives a 8 year old that kind of project😂. Well besides that for todya I had this huge sweet potato (yes I'm bringing back the big sweet potato😍), broccoli, carrots, Bell pepper and onion, corn , seasoned chickpeas, and spinach with hummus and nooch on the side. So does anyone want to see the finished product of the project??
Good morning everyone,and what better to start your day off with some thick oatmeal topped with forzen blueberries, banana, and peanut butter. I cook my oats with cinnamon and chia seeds as well. Some people ask me how I cook my oats thick and my secret is to cook it with water instead of any type of milk, since milk make oats creamy. What’s in my bowl 🥣👇🏼
▫️1/2 cup quick oats (@heb
▫️1 cup unsweetened almond milk (@lovemysilk
▫️1 tsp light brown sugar
▫️1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Combine all ingredients together in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 1 1/2 mins - 2 mins.
Top with banana slices, raspberries, sliced almonds, cacao nibs, & almond butter👌🏼
