The older I get the more I realise how important it is to take time out for yourself. To sometimes be a little selfish and to always have at least one day in the week dedicated not to work, not to chores, not to anything but doing what makes you happy 😊 Life’s so short, and if we spend it working and worrying and not enjoying ourselves we’ll become anxious, stressed, down, exhausted. It’s just not worth it is it? 🤔
Whatever it may be that makes you happy, do it! Let me know what you’ll be doing down below 🌈

Good morning!
Today's porridge was topped with strawberries, peanut butter and a galaxy caramel bar. I leave for florida in 4 DAYS. I cannot wait for the trip. I will not let ed ruin my trip. I am very anxious already about all of the food but I will enjoy it. Hopefully you all have a lovely day!💕

Guten Morgen allerseits. Bevor es gleich fürs Armttaining ins Gym geht, werde ich erstmals ausgewogen frühstücken, denn ohne Frühstück geht bei mir gar nichts😊
Man nehme Haferflocken, Whey, eine Banane und Kokosraspeln. Gieße heißes Wasser drüber und tada ist dieses Meisterwerk,oder auch Haferbrei genannt, geschaffen 😂

Super delicious fluffy Vegan pancakes 😋 topped with fruits and homemade blueberry sauce 😍 So good, you would want the whole stack to yourself.

I N G R E D I E N T S :
1 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp vanilla
I N S T R U C T I O N S:
In a mixing bowl, combine flour,baking powder and salt. Add almond milk and apple cider vinegar, vanilla and mix well. Let it rest 5 mins.
Preheat non stick pan and cook pancakes on medium to low heat.
Add your favorite toppings 🍓🍌🍓🍒
